Praetor James Raynor, settles infront of a camera, itting behind his black desk, in a well decorated room.
"Greetings, this is Praetor James Raynor of the Empire of Tarisi. I would like to express the internal Laws and rules for my country. Even though, some consider me, a Dictator, I allow freedoms for the people of Tarisi, even though I allow corporations into my nation, and they have power, but they provide jobs for my people,and money towards the entire populace.
My goverment itself, consists of me, The Praetor, a Sub-Praetor, who is called Gene Yaverson. There is also a populace ran senate consisting of 50 members, all elected by people, these members propose laws to me.
"I appear today before you to announce, that even though we are considered a dictatorship, this is only because I do not allow many political freedoms, every member of my soceity is granted Personal freedoms."
"We are also looking for weapons that are sold by non-teerorist peoples, we also may be looking for a small alliance to unify intelligent peoples."
