RECOGNIZING that the nations and Government of the Grand Alliance are acting to resist the military aggression of the nation of Dumpsterdam, AND

ACKNOWLEDGING that such acts are justified to resist the military aggression of Dumpsterdam, AND

OBSERVING that the following deemed as aggression has been undertaken by the Government and military base of Dumpsterdam:
*Violation of the airspace of Vanderov and then Dresdenitania(now Yugoslavitania)and under current statutes,The Grand Alliance.
*Violation of the waters of Vanderov and then Dresdenitania(now Yugoslavitania)and under current statutes,The Grand Alliance.
*Violation of the territory and the degrading of its integrity by the military forces of Dumpsterdam against the nations Vanderov,and then Dresdenitania(now Yugoslavitania)and under current statutes,The Grand Alliance.
*These violations of air,land,and sea were constituted by Dumpsterdam as a blockade against the organization ICASO (International Communist Arms Sales Organization)which violated the trade rightsof Vanderov and Dresdenitania(now Yugoslavitania)and under current statutes,The Grand Alliance., AND FINALLY

REALIZING that no effort has been taken against the military aggression of Dumpsterdam up until now.

THE GRAND ALLIANCE:

DECLARES ACCORDINGLY that all Member nations shall support a demand that the leadership of Dumpsterdam to abdicate(resign)and leave the region Damnian within a period of 24 hours.

FURTHER CALLS UPON all Member nations to undertake military action which could include a naval blockade,should it be authorized,should that the above demand go unheeded.The resolution also states that no military options are ruled out whatsoever.

ALSO FINALLY STATES,that no monetary and/or financial reparations made by Dumpsterdam will ensure the continued existance of Dumpsterdam and its current regime and that only resignation of the current regime will ensure Dumsterdam's continued existance as a nation.

Our response shall be open, defiant and conclusive where the alliance needs to resort to back alleys, sewers and rats to be their messenger.
The Empire will not, submit to your demands, your threats are idle and we shall wipe each and every last one of your nations off the face of the earth should you dare to thread on the Empire’s soil. Think very, very wisely before you send thousands of men to die against a nation that you cannot possibly hope to defeat.

Duke Alexander: We strongly protest against the empty threats of the Grand Alliance and we offer our help to defend against it. Altough our military is not yet strong enough to support an ofensive, our fleet and aviation is at the disposal of The Empire of Dumpsterdam for protecting its borders. Our navy has already programmed military exercises to further increase the battle readiness of our forces.

Although the Empire has no love for the RWC, we will make it clear that we will support Dumpsterdam, who has been a loyal ally for most of our history. We will not turn our backs to those who helped us during our most dire days.

As the situation between Dumpsterdam and its allies and The Grand Alliance and its allies shows no signs of improving or cooling,the deadline for Dumpsterdam's resignation has long expired.The Armed Forces Directorate has sent military forces into an unknown area near Dumpsterdam.A week ago,The Premier,President,and The Politburo asked for the approval of the use of force against Dumpsterdam if it did not comply with the demands of the resolution.The Speaker of The Supreme Soviet,The Grand Alliance's legislative body,opened an emergency session of The Supreme Soviet in which a unanimous vote was made by both The Soviet of The Alliance,and the Soviet of Nationalities.Additionally,The Party Congress of The Grand Alliance Communist Party approved force.Premier Robert Barker is expected to make an address regarding the situation this afternoon.

You are to halt all possible movements or threats towards the Dumpsterdam empire. Any movements, whether they be by land, sea, or air, shall be considered a hostile action by the Great Eighth Reich and seen as an act of untolerable war.

Now, Credonia is faced with a challenge. The challenge of getting involved in a war to protect Dumpsterdam from invasion by an allied group of nations, who's members, and only a couple, are a part of. We need to ask ourselves, is Dumpsterdam really a nation worth possibly loosing allies to? Is it a nation that we should gamble the political and military strenght of this great nation on? Should Credonian lives be shed because of the shortcomings and failures of the current government in Dumpsterdam to wage a campaign of peace and diplomacy before resorting to war, calling upon allies to spill their own people's blood for thier own protection? Should Credonia really put the lives of its soldiers, its citizens, in danger to protect a wreckless and selfish nation? The answer is, NO WE SHOULD NOT! Credonia has an obligation to help protect its allies in any and all ways possible, yes, however, Credonia can refuse to uphold that obligation if the actions of its ally in question are wreckless and a possible breech of our nations national security, and by getting involved in this conflict between the Grand Alliance and Dumpsterdam will endanger the national security of this nation, and that is something that we cannot tolerate from any nation, close and loyal ally or sworn enemy. Let us not make a wreckless decision and go to war along side Dumpsterdam. For the sake of Credonian international respect and Credonian national security, we should remain neutral and find alternative methods of obtaining peace between the two forces in conflict with each other."

President Sutton- "Members of Congress, I called this joint session of congress for the purpose of finding a permanent policy towards whether Credonia will aid Dumpsterdam or not. As time has shown, the nation of Dumpsterdam and its actions have become wreckless, stupid, and inexcusable. We have seen the ego of this nation's leadership flare because they realize they have help from many powerful allies, and their military backing. We must always be aware that this nation may be manipulating allied aid and assistance to achieve their own ends. As you can see, Farmina, a nation opposed by many of its closest allies is still supported by Dumpsterdam. A promise was made to its allies that Farmina would be taken care of somehow, however, Dumpsterdam continues to aid and support this nation, and for what reason? Are there alterior motives behind the support of this rogue nation? We may never know, but what we must always keep in mind is that Credonia is a nation loyal to the defense of its allies, no matter what the circumstances may be. We must not repeat what happened so many years ago when Credonia failed to give proper aid to its closest ally Austar Union. That single event alone marked the slow decline of Credonia's reputation, until it started being rebuilt through efforts made by myself and this Congress. Credonia is a nation that keeps its words and sticks by its allies to the death, and despite what Dumpsterdam may have done or may try to do in the future, we must provide the best defense for them while working on peaceful solutions to this conflict. Credonia has been thrust into an interesting situation where it is hesitant to get involved because of the nature of the Dumpsterdamian goverment and its past actions and behaviors towards the aggressors, however, Credonia must remain strong and full of resolve and we must them in all possible ways, for if we dont, as Senator Johnson mentioned earlier, we would be going back on the very principals that this nation was based and founded upon, and we would have failed our forefathers and their dream for this great country. While the risks remain high, we MUST help Dumpsterdam. The people of the nation WANT to help Dumpsterdam, and it is our duty to oblige the will of the people and to honor the promises and obligations made by Credonia with its friends and allies alike. We MUST aid Dumpsterdam.

With that we will move into voting procedure on the current Declaration of Credonian Assistance. For those who do not yet have copies of this document, the declaration states the following:"

1. Authorizes the President of the United States of Credonia to continue to commit no more than half of Credonia's international military forces to aid in the repelling of any invasion attempt upon Dumpsterdam by the Grand Alliance or any allied body or nation;

2. Authorizes the President of the United States of Credonia to commit Credonian military forces to this conflict for as much time as needed, unless otherwise ordered by the Credonian Continental Congress;

3. Requiring the President of the United States of Credonia to submit a thorough report to Congress on the current status of the conflict and the uses of Credonian military forces within Dumpsterdam on a monthly basis;

4. Officially declaring Credonia's intention to uphold its obligations to its ally, Dumpsterdam, during and after this conflict has ended;

5. Restating Credonia's resolve to repel any and all attacks and invasions on Dumpsterdam by any allied body or any nation that takes it upon itself to do so;

6. Requesting all nations part of this conflict allow cooler heads to prevail and take a more civil path to peace to avoid war at all costs;

7. Further requesting all nations part of this conflict hold multilateral peace talks within a neutral nation to prevent peace for the sake of all of the thousands and possible millions of men, women, and children who's lives will be affected by the looming war that is creeping ever so slowly towards us;

8. Declaring that Credonia will not hesitate to use militiary force against those nations who wish to bring death and destruction to the people of Dumpsterdam, and Credonia will stop at nothing to ensure the demise of those aggressive forces;

9. Finally declaring a state of neutrality towards Credonian allies fighting on the side of the Grand Alliance to avoid any negative political and military fallout with such allies and to maintain a peaceful state of relations with them;

10. Decides to remain fully seized of this matter.

We join you this evening with this news statement by the Premier as he stands inside Khruschev Hall at the Kremlin.Let's hear what he has to say:

"Good Evening My Fellow Citizens,

This Government,as promised,has made a stand against the aggression of Dumpsterdam.Dumpsterdam enforced an illegal blockade upon the ICASO(International Communist Arms Sales Organization).That blockade was and is in effect a threat to the peace and security of The Grand Alliance.

By the powers invested to me and the politburo by the Grand Alliance Constitution,The Politburo and I have ordered that the following steps be taken:

First,to halt the military threat posed by Dumpsterdam,air and cruise missile strikes are being and will continue to be conducted to eliminate the military,command,and economic interests of Dumpsterdam.I trust that the safety risks and hazards posed to the military personnel at the targeted sights and the riks to the civilian population living near areas we strike will be recognized in fullest extent.

Second,I have called upon our allies and have alerted our commands in the region,and throughout the world to be ready for mobilization.I have instructed that unrestricted submarine and naval warfare be enforced to protect our shores.The airforce is also instructed to shoot down any unknown or enemy aircraft that enter our airspace and are deemed to pose a threat to the security and peace of the Grand Alliance.Anti-missile systems are on alert to shoot any cruise missile or other missile or projectile out of airspace.Should any further threats to our security become present,further action will be justified.I have directed the armed forces to prepare for any possiblities and have made clear that no military options will be ruled out under any cirumstances.

A fleet of 500 Austian bombers, supported by 1000 Hounds, a full 3 wings, approched Yugoslavitania, they would arrive within the hour, there target was the enermy's airbases, soon the amarder would split into groups of 50 bombers supported by 100 fighters and head for the enermy airbases.

They where prepared to fight, knowing that no enermy facing the air power of Aust would dare to not use air power, indeed only 4 hours behind them another amarder the same size of this was coming and behind that another, hundreds of planes would assult the poor nation below them, and the enermy would know fear.

The Austian plan was simple-kill the enermys planes and they would be defencless.

Credonian Presidential Palace Press Room

President Sutton stood at the podium bearing the Presidential emblem. The media sat quietly in their seats, anxious to hear the statement the President was about to make regarding the situation with Dumpsterdam and the speech made by the Premier of Yugoslavitania. No one knew whether or not President Sutton would be declaring war after the declaration passed by the Credonian Continental Congress four days prior.

President Sutton stood at the podium, making small talk with a couple reporters within the room and cracking jokes, purposefully stalling and adding suspense to the already suspence-filled crowd of reporters and journalists. Finally, after taking a small sip of the water placed on the podium beside him, he cleared his throat and began to speak.

"Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to give a short statement in response to the speech given by the Premier of Yugoslavitania. First and foremost, I would like to state that the Premier has a valid point. Credonia is against nations that support questionable nations, and nations whose actions are not in-line with international laws. We also believe that peaceful diplomacy should be the first and most important step before aggressive defensive or offensive actions are taken against another nation. The nation of Dumpsterdam, our ally, has not taken such avenues and shows no signs of taking such avenues for the sake of international peace and prosperity. Because of this and because of our committment to international peace, and to the loyalty to its allies, Credonian military forces will continue to arrive in Dumpsterdam, providing a DEFENSE from all foreign attacks. Any attack upon Credonian military forces, solely, by foreign forces will result in an official Credonian declaration of war and a full retalitory attack by Credonia on the attacking nation.

Before I end my statement, I would like to make one thing clear. Credonia will NOT hesitate to remove its troops from Dumpsterdam to let it fight on its own if real steps to peace are not made. Diplomacy through talks should be the centerpiece to defusing this conflict, and if Dumpsterdam refuses to hold such talks in a civil way, Credonian aid and will disappear and relations between our two nations would be hanging in the balance. Dumpsterdam was once fully supported by Credonia and we cherrished the relationship, however, we are seeing more war-like tendencies coming from this nation and its government, and we wish to have no association with nations that become more and more war-like. We will have no remorse in pulling every bit of our support from your nation if key changes are not made within. Thank you for your time."

With that, President Sutton walked off and started heading to the War Room to monitor Credonian military forces on the move.
