Diego de Borador has recently created a new series of "smart bombs." He has recieved governmental funding for the past four years, and is finally ready to release his product.

The Type-V7Q projectile series is similar to the homing missles of today, with some major modifications. They have been equiped with more high explosives, and a stealth coating, making then nearly undetectible from any range.
