Having been starved, robbed and down trodded by the oppressive Finnish people, the Readanian 'minorities' have taken up arms against these vile men. The people calling themselves Readanians appear to be of some relation to the Slavs but with stricter and more bizzare customs and rituals. They have long held on to their pagan belief, calling the teachings of Christians treacherous and evil. The pro-catholic Finnish peasants, also starved and poor thanks to the Finnish rulership have gone so far as to join the anti-christian Readanians in this conflict.
The revolution truly began at the Finnish capital of Helsinki when the Readanian protests turned into riots. The city was all but destroyed in the riots as the under payed police joined the rebelsin their revolution. The finnish leader escaped but the other Finnish people who had a great deal of wealth were gathered and imprisoned. The ones who held office in the goverment of Finland, however, were executed in the rituals of the Readanian relgion. Burned alive after all limbs and most organs were removed.
After the chaotic revolt of Helsinki, the Readanian leader emerged. That leader being a former officer of the finnish armed forces named Joseph Rannos.
Though, the destruction of the Finnish capital seemed to ensure victory, Valkors was determined to create a strong army to annilate any remaining Finnish resisters.
OOC: Well, in summary, the Readanians and Finnish lower class have taken control of the capital of Finland and the southern parts of the country. I'd appreciate someone to RP the Finnish Loyalists.
