In the zeeeland military tradition all veterans of the moldovan war were sent to Leningrad for full military honours and a military parade. which proceeded down the streets of leningrad to full public support. however the Zeeeland facists took advantage of this opportunity and made a political announcement denouncing the Tsar but applauding the military leaders of the nation in order to try and isolate the two powers of the government and play them against each other. Tsar vs general of the armed forces (who apparently has facist leanings.) but even before tsarist troops closed down on the party the Zeeeland communist party made their precense felt and interefered in the parade by rioting causing the parade to fall into dissaray and chaos. zeeeland forces cracked down on this act heavy handly more so on the facists however. and by the time the blood was cleaned off the pavements the question is...... is Tsar sputnik and his government in jeopardy?

I can aid you in supplies if a civil war breaks out. but on a condition of establishing a right-wing capitalists society. preferably a democracy although a compassionate dictatorship may be acceptable

Should Zeeeland fall under facist rule, the Empire is prepared to move across the border and liberate the people of Zeeeland. Facism cannot be approved of, no matter the shapes or sizes it presents itself in. Therefor, the Emperor have ordered three Divisions to assume positions 3 kilometers from the Cotland - Zeeeland border in Russia. They will not move in unless facism prevails or otherwise provoced to. Ye be warned.

Any agression upon the state of Zeeland by the Empire of Cotland will be met full fledge by the Macabee military. It is guaranteed that the Macabee government and combined armed forces will push any invasion back, and perhaps ensure its destruction. Zeeland has its own right to its transition of power, whether it be Communist, Fascist, or Imperialist.

IC: The Empire watch this movement with great concern, but will not relay further forces, since the seventy thousand men already on the border will be more then sufficient to repell any attempt of Zeeeland on Cotland. Also, as per standard operating procedure, any attack aimed at the Cottish mainland will be met with tactical nuclear weapons. The tactical forces in question are already on increased alert. We will not attempt an invasion unless facism are in the progress of taking over Zeeeland, by which time the forces will move in and restore peace and order.

Cotland you contradict yourself. Your Brutal militaristic attitude towards zeeeland borders on fascist. the zeeeland government has an undisclosed amount of troops guarding the border to our sacred moptherland. and many cotland women will be made widows if your troops DARE move into zeeeland sovereign territory. have a nice day :)

The Empire is merely concerned over the potential rise of facism in Zeeeland, and does not like the tone of Zeeeland. As stated in every communique, we will only enter Zeeeland IF facism gets a hold of the nation's government. If this happens, Zeeelandish blood will be spilled, not Cottish. We also demand an appology from Zeeeland's government for the hostile remarks made to Cotland, or sanctions will be taken!

Although the negotiations were still in progress, the soldiers of the 4th, 17th and 45th Divisions advanced from their positions three kilometers from the border with Zeeeland to within one kilometer. They were still well within Cottish territory, but they could respond quicker if the order to advance were given. Occationally a Styker belonging to the border police drove by, keeping watch of the border and keeping illegal immigrants out. Other then that, the only sounds could be the occational tank engines warming up, or the attack helicopters flying CAP near the border. But for now, it was an eerie silence. Silence before the storm that looked like it was on its way.

The Empire is satisfied with the defeat of facism, but still expect an appology for the threaths uttered towards the Empire by the Zeeelandish government. Still, we will draw our forces back to the pre-conflict positions approximately 7 kilometers from the border as a sign of our wish for peace.
