At the break of dawn, hundreds of thousands of protestors packed the streets of the capital, Burma protesting a ruling made my Tetchuan leader Kremlin Castro to outlaw further medical funding into genetic engineering and stem-cell research. The ruling made just hours earlier, was arguably the most controversial move that the government has made yet, and proves that neither ruling would end up with a good result.

Kremlin looked out his bedroom window stooped 4 stories overhead, to see bottles tossed, street signs taken out, and cars set a flame and/or tipped over. The growing crowd was gathering around a 4 block area of streets. The buildings confined within this area are the head buildings of the Tetchuanian government. In the distance, both utter terror screaming and the sheer fear of children crying can be heard. What was expected to be a peaceful protest had turned into the most violent protest in the history of Tetchuan.

Kremlin was quikly faced with a huge problem; give into the crowd or stick by his decision and take the risk. The crowd continued to close in on the capital buildings when suddenly blasts of horsn blare out into the public as Kremlin walks out onto his front step to face the grumbling crowd. Still throwing bottles, and other looted parts from stores, vehicles and homes, Kremlin grabbed a microphone and began to speak to the outraged crowd.

Kremlin- "Fellow citizens, my fellow people. Is this the way that ethical and socially correct human beings act? Is this the way that you want your own country of Tetchuan to be seen as? Nothing but a bunch of rambling baboons?" Now I understand that the decision that I made was controversial, and many of you I can see do not support it. However, there must be a more civilized manor in doing this. If you truly believe that my decision was wrong, then destroying homes, businesses and looting the streets isn't going to solve anything. If anything, this will simply cause more trouble with the peple that do support it."

The crowd did not buy it and after Kremlin was done speaking, they began to start everything all over again. Kremlin was quickly rushed out of the area by local authorities and the Local Protection Agency.

Just four hours later, Kremlin over a closed broadcast system announced to the entire Tetchuanian public that the first Tetchuan election would be held. This election would determin whether further genetic research would be legalized, or remain illegal. While the protesting continued, the announcement calmed things down a substancial ammount in the capital city of Burma.

The following day, Kremlin returned to his home in central Burma. The elections will take place in just a few short months in the National Bureau of Public Relations building on eastern Burma. This marks a landmark day in Tetchuanian history, as this will be the first time an election for anything will be held in the country.

The Chemical Lords of Jenrak does not enjoy the prospect of your Leader stopping the cloning research, and other such biological technology.
