Judge Manifesto

Central Command
Liberty City, the Confederacy of Judge Manifesto

For the first time since the Confederacy had been established, Judge Manifesto would come onto the screens of many individual leaders, both business and political abroad. Of course, it had been pre-recorded and edited for structural purposes, yet such dictated differences made no changes to its message and reason. It was more like an invitation to the world outside the city walls. This state would most definatly begin with a first contact with an international world. Already, meetings had been established, and the Zepplin Manufacturers had been contacted via the nation's vast electronic network. And using the highest grade of technology, Manifesto made sure that as the leader-for-life over this Confederacy, he would be remembered and known for keeping this nation at the forefront of technology and resource.

As for now, he had to be somewhat happy to be making a broadcast across the globe, and perhaps even slightly beyond, if there was any life past this Earth's crust. Alongside him stood his top Military Advisor and General, only known for now as General Delta. Both were attractive men, in their early to late thirties. And on television, they represented the Confederacy to perfection. If anyone hadnt known that a race could be perfect, they would have believed that this, would have been so. Facts remained however, beyond fiction. And after the message had been recorded, edited, rendered, and sent, they could only wait patiently for a respectable response to come forward.

SUBJECT: Embassy Quadrant, You're Invited!
-------------------------------------------------------

For the first time, I can happily announce that the ConfederateManufactures have officially completed their first major project. And I am proud, as if General Delta beside me today. Celebrating here in Liberty City, let me be the first one to present to you officially, the Liberty City, Embassy Quadrant.

Carefully constructed to suit every diplomatic representation's need, the Quadrant has been constructed everything ranging from a near-perfect security environment, to a pleasant range of beautiful parks, and other meeting places your diplomats could enjoy, if they had an embassy positioned here in Liberty City. Even if you so wish, we have also set up our vast electronic systems network underneath the Quadrant itself, so that you are able to link your Embassy to the network, increasing communication capabilities, to both inside the Confederacy and outside, and also providing an almost completed VirtualConcept environment, wheraby this will be the future meeting halls for all matters regarding your nation's representation here in Liberty City.

Already, we have built all you need for your diplomatic team to move into the Embassy Quadrant, except some personal touches which you can make on request, such as the installation of flag resources, your own national DataLinks, and anything else you may require. Please, you are invited to be one of the first to establish an embassy within the Quadrant.

Remember, a happy representation, is a Liberty City representation.

May Justice Be Yours,

Sometime.
Iuthia Prime, Iuthia

Upon hearing that an old friend of his had finally accomplished total seperation from the former United States of America, the man known well as Lord Indigo Blue could only congratulate him. And although he had not spoken to him since the days they had last met, old friendships never died, and the remains of what used to be, remained. He could only honor his old-time friend, Judge Manifesto, for the Confederacy he had established. It may have been set up differently to what the Austar Union was like today, and it may have a different direction as to what this nation had also, but it was still rather an achievement to form new beginnings; to tie loose ends, and to start something radical as compared to the world around him.

SUBJECT: Congratulations Old Friend!
-----------------------------------------------------------------

Well then friend, you might just be surprised to hear of me after so long. I cannot quite remember now, but I am sure it was all back when we were just play-mates, only linked through our mothers of whom were also friends. So much has passed already has it not, the world has most certainly changed. And it seems though, that although we held our dreams as children, that they have never died early, most of them rising to succession.

Let me be the first to congratulate you.

In the meantime, I cannot write for much, for I have so limited time here in Iuthia. I am visiting actually, attending the wedding of Lord General deGritz, and his lady friend, of whom I am afraid I have already forgotten her name! Anyhow, I must advise you for now, that my diplomatic staff back home in the Union, will soon be contacting your own staff, of whom I am confident can handle negotiations well. I am most definatly interested in establishing an embassy within Liberty City, especially when you sell it so well. I cannot promise that it will be so active on the relational front, but let it be a mark of a longlasting friendship, at the very least.

Yours In Excellence

Lord Indigo Blue
