Realizing the Holy Empire of Sidestreamer has been heavily involved in global affairs, we wish to help facilitate the exchange of our cultures and wares with the establishment of embassies, which will be headquartered in the Altogether's International district, located 6 miles north east of the Shrine of the Altogether and just south of the Altogether's famous Emberlight City.

For those interested in applying, fill out the following forum and submit it to the Sidestreamer Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Keep in mind that members of the Moral Alliance and nations located in the Militaristic Legions and Plans already have embassies in the Empire and are all in favorable status, meaning they have clearance to the Kashmir Air Base in the Altogether, extra guards can be deployed to their embassies at their request, and additional consulates can be established in other major cities of the Empire.

As for the 20 Wuffen CC troops, we cannot have your troops outnumber Sidestream Guards. Since your nation is not popular with our citizens (given we were until recently at war), we will until needed allow 15 Wuffen CC troops and the remaining five M9 guards will be replaced with guards armed with AK 47s. Before that compromise is considered, however, you need to relate to us the equipment your Wuffen CC troops shall bear while serving at the embassy.

The helipad situated on top of your embassy can accomodate 1 helicopter, which is the number of helicopters you can have under usual circumstances. During international summits or in emergency situations, we can temporarily allocate additional helicopters and other aircraft in Kashmir AFB (immediately west of the Altogether) and Whittaker AFB (86 miles north of the Altogether, near the town of Mephery).

We have no problems with you supplying armored vehicles for your embassy and in fact we expect them. We do ask however that you limit the total number of vehicles so that they can fit in the underground garage (typically up to the equivelent of 20 mid-size 4-door sedans can fit in the garages). Long-term curbside parking in the government districts is forbidden per city ordinances, and it detracts from the Altogether's asthetic appeal.

The allocation of snipers you requested are permitted. However, we are concerned with your request to bear Anti-Tank weapons for embassy guards. We see no reason why you would want such destructive force in this sensitive part of our capital, and see a possibility of dangerous abuse in allowing anyone to have such weaponry. I would like you to submit an explanation for its necessity.

Those issues aside, I believe we can accomodate.

As for our embassy, Reverend Bisbibgan will be our ambassador to Dumpsterdam from the Holy Empire of Sidestreamer, and we request one helipad, a underground garage, 20 of our Sidestream Joint Land Force guards armed with M16s, M9 sidearms and interceptor body armor, an additional office staff of 50 and one chapel (unarmed), library (that we will keep open to your citizens so they can learn about our literature and culture, at their leisure), and would also request that we be located near a Catholic cathedral, or if that's not possible, we will assist in founding one near our embassy.

I'll permit them. Just keep in mind the Abernickle Art Gallery is a block away, and while it is a private gallery (we do not subsidize the arts), it is quite a local treasure, and we will be very upset if something was to explode and damage the gallery.

The Holy Empire of Sidestreamer has a policy against subsidizing the arts with through monetary or property provisions. However, you are more than welcome to look at the nearby real estate and establish your own art museum at your own expense. Many of the museums in the Altogether tend to congregate around the Emberlight District and along the Avenue of the Altogether downtown, and on occasion some building will open up. If you can afford it, you can lease one of those buildings or construct your own, and run the museum and garden on your own dime.

We will locate your embassy as close as we can to the Emberlight district so that you can have convenient access to the markets there. The land in the District is pricey but we believe your museum and garden would make great additions there.
