My nation, a relatively peaceful one, has recently come into confrontation with a rival in our small, isolated region. Though full scale war has not yet occured, we seek to be prepared for that possibility. Our military is capable of holding it's own, but our rather small naval force's fleets are lacking in numbers. Therefore, our government requests 6 nuclear submarines and 12 naval destroyers in relatively good condition for a fair price. They need not be top-of-the line, but should not be dinosaurs. If interested, please reply with a description of the vessals for sale. I am authorized to go as high as 2,000,000 jelly donuts per submarine ($200,000,000 US) and 60,000,000 jelly donuts for the destroyers ($500,000,000 US per destroyer). Serious buyers only.

The nation of Fatus Maximus has no units currently involved in the SNU's war against Coreys land. Being that you are a part of it the Chancellor requests that you send a force to the front or be taken out of the alliance

Antarctic123 is interested in fufilling your naval needs. We can sell you 6 Sturgeon class (http://globalsecurity.org/military/systems/ship/ssn-637.htm) attack submarines, used by our Navy for some years but they were well-maintained, never damaged and most of them have had thier reactors refueled at least once. We can transfer these to you for the quoted price of $200 million per vessel.

Additonally we have been seeking to get rid of some mothballed Spruance Class Destroyers (http://globalsecurity.org/military/systems/ship/dd-963.htm) which we could allow you to have all 20 for a mere $100 million per vessel
Alternatively or additonaly, we are considering retiring 8 Arleigh Burke Class Destroyers (Flight I) (http://globalsecurity.org/military/systems/ship/ddg-51-flt1.htm) which we could sell you for $500 million per.

Our navy happens to have five retired Leijona-class (equivalent to US Arleigh Burke-class) ships that are awaiting being sold to another nation or being scrapped. The ships are in an excellent condition.

Also, we have one Merikotka-class (equivalent to Nimitz-class) carrier that is going to be scrapped or sold with the completion of the new Finlandia-class carrier PFS Righteous. The carrier has been operational to this day, but will be removed from service and is available for purchase.
