The Borg Queen assigned to be Larit Sen's ambassidor stepped into the council chambers with a purpose, her familiar entorage of 4 engeneering drones (much more for show then protection) followed her. The collective held a presence on this planet for a long while and it was about time to let that presence be known.

The members peered at her as she spoke. "Ladies and gentlement. There are rumors that your nation is having problems mass-producing faster then light technology. I'm invoking my rights as ambassidor to ask if this is true..."

The Keeper walked foward in the audience hall quietly, noticing the queen had taken a place at the podium. He walked up next to her quietly and nodded.

"Our FTL technology is very behind indeed"

He said quietly with a look of curiosity at what she was talking about.

The queen smirked and produced a holo-cube generator.

"As our ally you are always allowed to ask when you need assistance." The cube activated showing various images of borg vessels entering and exiting transwarp including several of the gate testing systems "Our FTL revolves around what we call gate emitters. Mostly aboard large stations and ships, these emitters allow moch more space to be placed onto a ship as fuel for FTL drives no longer is a consideration." The images changed to gate emitter schematics. "This even allows for a very quick speed even under this universe's standards." The holo-generator switched off as the queen let this sink in.

"We are willing to build 2 gate stations and loan the use of 2 of our ships with the most advanced portible gate emitters in service, asking nothing but friendship in return."

The Keeper nodded with a light smile.

"Very well, that would greatly be appreciated... I do have a question however, in the event, we need another one, would you please provide us with the blueprints of how to do so?"

"This would be acceptible, although your ships are far too small to use the portible emitters..."

The Keeper nodded for a moment

"Yes, well, orbital gates will allow us to explore more of the universe, and the planetary gates that are actually on the planet will help trade and travel work more smoothly between the other worlds."

The queen closed her eyes briefly as she accessed the collective, out of millions of voices she picked out one and reported what it had said.

"There are six construction ships on their way now, they are quite inadiquate to construct the gates by themselves but that is on purpose so that this could be made into a joint venture... 2 defenders are on their way for your use and so you can study their portible gate emitters."

The Keeper nodded and looked directly at his councilman of travel and spoke to him for a moment. He turned back to the queen and smiled.

"Our construction platforms will join you in orbit, they are completely bare, but they are deigned for blueprints and other dvices, a team of engineers and other officials will be waiting there to help study and assist you."

The queen nodded. "Our engeneering drones will comply with any request you give them."

The keeper nodded and looked at the councilmen, nodding quietly. The minister exited the room quietly.
