Early Years

It is not known exactly when the nation of Tetchuan was born. It is known however that before Tetchuan was a nation, the land which it currently occupies was once run by a vicious emperor which killed hundreds of thousands, and some believe millions. His name was Ely Gusten and he ruled ther area for an estimated time of 36 years. His vicious killings that he let out were anythhing but accidental. Ely killed all that opposed him, and even took up Hitler tactics in which he used gas chambers, "death pits" where thousands were shot, and blown to death.

During these years, there really was no organized government. Because of this, there was no telling a population or even any sort of nation that even existed. In fact, many believe that this was no more than a nomadic group of people under a weak rule frm Ely. During this time, Ely had two children which he had set to rule what he called a "nation". Fact of the matter was, there was no nation. It was nothing more than a large group of corrupt and unorganized officials and whatever citizens he actually did noy see fit to eliminate.

The Turning Point

Towards the end of his rule of this group of people, there had been several assisination attempts and several rebellious outsiders that had put out their attempt in killing Ely. None of them succeeded. In Ely's 16th year of ruling, a young man was born. His name was Kremlin Castro. His father, Nuchen Castro was a lower class, hard working steel worker. Nuchen was also a part of a group of outsiders called "Niech Van Niech" which translates into People to People. This rebellious outsider group was one of the groups that sought out to kill Ely.

When Kremlin was the age of 10, his father Nuchen was killed by Ely for an assasination. Kremlin was sent to a slave camp and was forced to work in mining shafts day-in and dat-out. Kremlin however, an intelligent young man would soon escape with the help of the Niech Van Niech just 5 years later, which was small, but still in existance. On a warm summer night, the Niech Van Niech raided the camp and helped free 8 former members of the group. Little did the group know that, that night would help shape the events to come for not only the group, but for everyone living in the region.

Tides Change

Over the next 4 years, the Niech Van Niech slowly and secretly gained support from foreign and local rebels and grew to a vast size. And by the 6th year, the small group had grown to a group of hundreds of people. This had no gone un-noticed however. Ely knew that something was up, but did not know what or where it was happening. Little did Ely know that the next night would be his last night he would see the darkness of night and the light of the day.

The following evening, at the age of 20, Kremlin snuck into the palace of Ely and assassinated the vicious man. This silent attack took no one off guard. The guards outside the palace were strangled to death. Within the next few minutes, the largest disaster in the leaders life was about to strike. As Ely lay bleeding to death in his bed, Kremlin walked out of the palace, and detonated several charges that were placed around the building. Within seconds, Ely and his entire staff were dead, leaving this unclaimed territory to himself.

A Nation is Born

Kremlin wasted no time in spreading the news of Ely's death. The next day over a closed broadcast system, Kremlin sent out a news bulletin and footage of the rubble from the palace across the region. This without a doubt, brought forth public outcry of support, and happiness. That day, Kremlin was seen as a god in the people's eyes. With the only successdul assassination attempt, Kremlin was now left to a region in choas and unorginaztion.

Kremlin was now faced with a very difficult decision. First he must decide which type of government to adopt. Fearing that a democracy would be the downfall of the region in general, Kremlin addopted a mixture of communism, dictatorship and socialst style of government. Kremlin felt that this was the only way that he could keep this reigion in tact, and keep it from falling a part completely.

His next decision was to give this region a name. After deliberating for several hours, Krenlin decided to name the region after his brother who was killed in a shoot-out on the street between rebels. His brothers name; Tetchuan Castro. The following day, Kremlin adopted the Tetchuan flag, which was placed at nearly every location in the region.

Tough Times

Kremlin now had adopted a flag, a government and a name for his nation. But now he faced the reality of building not only a government, but a society fit for living. It would take an additional 10 years before things got on the ball, but before the decade was over, Kremlin had created a generic nation fit for living.

During this stage, Kremlin faced not just support, but tons of opposition from former Ely supporters. Fighting this off for nearly 6 years, Kremlin fought his way into a notable society. Kremlin's goal was comming closer and closer, which was to create a notable nation which would be known world wide, but he had a long way to go. And little did Kremlin know, that he would soon be involved in an all-out-brawl between more rebels.

The First War

As Kremlin was still building his nation, he was notified of a near-by region in which a leader had been asassinated, and civil war had broken out. The region was called Tigerlan, and they were in deep need of support. They faced a large group of rebels, which had gained support from allies and were threatening to swallow Tigerlan into nothing but a giant rebel-land.

Fearing that it would spread to his nation, Kremlin opted to help Tigerlan. As the war grew on, Kremlin sent more and more supplies and troops into the region. Kremlin and his allies managed to gain some allies in the gith fagainst the rebels. But tragedy was about to strike. As the war appeared to be a victory, one of their allies would soon turn against them.

Jamum, arguably their strongest ally turned against them in a matter of hours, and began attacking allied troops. Kremlin now faced a difficult decision; face an army nearly 5x the strength, pull back or find a solution to the problem. Kremlin refused to surrender but optend to pull back to the Tigerlan capital. Jamum's forces continued to push forward and Kremlin turned to Tigerlan for a solution.

Tigerlan then set out an offer to Jamum. They would pay a fee, but would be allowed to remain an independant state. To Kremlin's surprise, Jamum accepted, and the war was finally over. By the end of the war, Kremlin had lost nearly 2/3 of his army, and 1/2 of it's airforce and faced billions of dollars in damages.

Current Times

Tetchuan is currently in the rebuilding stages after it's first bloody war. Fortunately, Kremlin managed to get support from several nations, and the rebuilding process is going smoothly. With over $250 billion dollars in financial aid, and over 65,000 donated troops and millions of tons of tanks, artillery and supplies. Tetchuan is slowly gaining military strength and it's economy is currently booming with support and hard working citizens. As things return to normal, you must ask, what is in store for Tetchuan in the years to come?

With the resources you currently have at your disposal it is only a matter of time before things start falling into place. We would like to donate a further $25 billion to your cause. Also we will loan to you for 3 NS years 55,000 members of our reserve forces (equipped with standardised uniform and a 12-gauge shotgun, they are conscripted and at our disposal for 3 years). They may not be the special forces standard but they have been through a six-month training course and can keep order in your country whilst you build strength. They will be sent by commercial ferries/aircraft.

We are also very happy to announce that with this continued support, we will be up and running again in a record time. Tetchuan and her people would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the support and kindness that you have shown towards us. We would also like to know if it would be ok with you if we further train these soldiers to not only aid use, but to aid you when we return the soldiers?"
