The Tetchuan government and Tetchuan leader Kremlin Castro has asked that any foreign country who is willing to aid, to please reply to this statement. Tetchuan is in need of military weapons and economic aid after the brutal and fierce battle with the rebels and her allies in Tigerlan just a few days ago. While no two nations involved in this say to be taking sides, it appears that things have calmed down and Tetchuan is now in need of supplies and financial aid.

The United Socialist States of Wallis and Futuna offers aid to Tetchuan. $10 billion has been diverted from defense and will be sent to you.

Also we will build and ship to you 2000 Brekarr-90 light tanks, 500 Brekarr-105 light tanks and 2500 Tordun-90 reconnaisance tanks. This is at an additional cost of $1.525 billion.

If you wish to purchase any more military equipment from us we will do so at half price.

The Empire of Xeraph has never shirked it's duty when less fortunate nations have requested aid in times of trouble. The Emperor has directed the Commander of the Armed Forces of Xeraph, Lord General Strickland, to offer 2 divisions of Xeraphian Security Forces to your nation. In addition, we are offering you 1 Carrier Battle Group, 1 Air Wing, and 1 division of Armored Units, to include 125 Leopard Battle Tanks, 50 Self-Propelled Howitzers, and miscellaneous support vehicles.
The CBG is comprised of 2 Battle Carriers, 2 Standard Carriers, 3 Battleships, 3 Destroyers, 3 Missile Ships, 2 Subs, and 10 Fast-Attack Boats.
The Air Wing has 3 Squadrons of Zanarkand A-121 fighter-bombers, each squadron having 12 fighters each.

Tetchuan would like to ask Pushka for a small amount of ground troops. Nothing major, just enough to ensure our citizens safety untill we can get our army back on it's feet.

Good then, we shall send following divisions: Medvedi7 (10000 men), Pushkin3(10000 men), 700 HV-121 Transport/Attack helicopters and 150 tanks from 3rd Pushkan tank battalion. The troops will be lead by Polkovnik(Kurnal) Andrei Nikitin of the 2nd Pushkan Military Corpus command.

OOC: After the Tricama (parliament) of Dovakhan outlawed the millitary (don't worry, Dovakhan has a Civil Defense and Police force), Chancellor-President Rai Solaris created the Sovup-Dovakia (Our Lady of Dovakhan), he couldn't call it an army or even associate it to the gov't, so he called it a "nationalist movement" and the international community calls them terrorists
