-Triple Cross Emergency First Aide Spray-
Designed to meet the needs of personal emergency healthcare Triple Cross © Emergency First Aide Spray is a super fast acting foaming medical supplement designed to save lives in that crucial time between initial injury, and time when the wounded person can be evacuated for proper treatment. Originally designed for military use Triple Cross foam fills the whole wound with its patented blend of antiseptic, coagulant, and anesthetic solution; quickly stomping out the bleeding, flushing out infection, and simultaneously relieving the pain through out the wounds entire depth or length of the wound. Triple Cross can be applied by the wounded person themselves, by a companion, or first responders in order to stabilize light to moderate lacerations, punctures, cuts, abrasions, etcetera.

The foaming solution keeps the medicine in place and working to full efficiency regardless how dirty wet or otherwise unsanitary the environment may be for up to five hours before having to be reapplied. The Waterproof coagulant will continue to seal the wound for another five hours after the anesthetic and antiseptic have worn off to prevent any gangrenous growth. Triple Cross spray is fully approved for external and internal use and is completely non-toxic, hypo allergenic. and not addictive. Though not designed to stop major internal or arterial bleeding, Triple Cross spray in conjunction with proper application of gauze and or a tourniquet can stabilize the wounded person with relative efficiency.

The compact applicator appears very similar to a modern Mace© self defense spray in that it has a protected polymer cylindrical grip with a sterile metal applicator nozzle and a large thumb button on top of the spray can. Instructions are printed into the grip and state simply ‘Place nozzle above puncture or wound, and spray’ for best result wrapping the area in sterile gauze or other clean bandage is recommended.

-Inflatable Limb Support-
Designed with multi-purpose efficiency in mind the ILS is a inflatable sleeve that is slipped around the wounded limb and both ends secured with included Velcro straps and the sleeve is inflated by a small one time use internal CO2 supply in the sleeve. While inflated the Limb is immobilized without the use of a cumbersome splint, and can apply gentle or stiff pressure to a wound area to control bleeding depending on how inflated the sleeve is. The ILS has four pockets along its length to hold heat or cold packs the inner anti-bacterial lining will keep an appendage wound infection free for over 24 hours. A useful and handy piece of equipment a soldier or medic should not be without.

Weight: 500g
Cost: 15.50 USD

-Hema-Tight Coagulant Bandage-
Bleeding to death is the primary cause of battlefield casualties. Even in hospitals bleeding can be a big problem. Cotton gauze and tourniquets are still the standard approach to bleeding wounds. But bleeding from serious wounds can't be controlled well with rolls of cotton. Tourniquets are effective at stopping blood loss, but their use can lead to loss of a limb if applied too tightly or for too long, and can't be used on neck or abdominal wounds.

Hema-Tight Coagulant Bandages were meant to help solved that problem. Based on chitosan, which carries a negative surface charge, put in contact with blood, which carries a positive charge, created a powerful electrostatic bond between bandage and wound—quickly stopping severe bleeding.

Each 4”x4” sterile bandage comes in its own easy open water proof packaging and is extremely light weight and easy to carry. The bandages hold their water tight seal to the wound for up to 24 hours and can be removed easily at a MASH or permanant instalation with rubbing alcohol. Due to its simple but efficient design the bandage doesn't require a natural clotting factor. It will clot your blood even if you have hemophilia, or you're taking anti-coagulant medication.

Weight: 5g
Cost: 20.00 USD per 10 bandages
