Prime Minister Helen Juxton was furious. Her nation had been attacked unprovoked by Azurbajan's Black Sun forces. "Ladies and gentlemen of Parliment , it is clear that we must respond with all of our might to this threat. We shall show them that no nation can attack our Confederacy and get away scot free."

The members of parliment roared in agreement, Helen continued, "We shall show them the full might of our military. We will drive them back to their last defence and crush them! The Confederacy will prevail!"

The MP's went wild with their cheers. A chant rose up, "Victory! Victory!"

"As of fourteen hundred hours, Second and Third Fleets will launch a counter offensive into their territory. Ladies and Gentelmen they shall feel the Wrath of the Confederacy."

Congress had already made the word very clear and sent it to the IFF congress.

Elites (http://www.ffshrine.org/ffx2/fmvshots/05dream/00010.jpg) were also running drills and preparing for combat. They would fight to protect the citizens of the Holy Empire at a moments notice, gladly forefitting their lives to do so.

The Counsel attempted to crush the Heresy within, as the Black Sun Grand Admiral, who was killed by another internal enemy, was the biggest Heretic the Holy Empire had ever seen. He authorised the attack of a ship for no apparent reason and wears the mark of shame permanantly engraved in his bones.

To the leader of the countries angered by Black Sun:
We have indeed found this a crime and do declare there can
be no greater heresy. Before your fury, please, I offer you
the lives of the remaining Heretic captains. Please, reconsider
your invasion. For years, we have worked to establish an Empire.
I am aware of your great strength and we truely regret the events
that occored and understand you lost many men in the process.
We beg of you, accept our appology! Please, we wish for there to
be no war between us.

With the message sent, A new Black Sun Grand Admiral was elected and told he had the responcibility to defend the Holy Empire from any foe. New captains were elected as well, and the lives of the Heretics offered to the hands of the enemy.

Helen Juxton having recently been through negotions with Azurbajan made the following announcement, "The Grand Admiral of Black Sun and I have reached an agreement that will prevent further bloodshed. They will make reparations to the families affected by their actions. Should any Azurbajan ship ever again attack a Xessmithian vessel we will have no choice bu all out war. We hope it will not come to that."
