Today funds were issued by Pushkan Distribution of Military Budget Comittee (PDMBC) to begin extensive research into EMP weaponry. We were told by head of the committee Georgie Patapov that the Electro-Magnetic Pulse weapons or EMP weapons will be able to destroy all of the enemie's machinery that uses computers or any kind of sophisticated technology, without harming human beings, within a given radius.
