The Whittier Interior Ministry after Emergency consultation with the Secretary General, the Politburo, the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Foreign Intelligence has begun mobilizing 30 million internal security agents. IS agents are attending emergency meetings around the nation. Some intelligence agents stationed around the world, in certain unnamed nations, are being recalled.
Further all borders are being closed by armed troops.
All flights in and around Whittier have grounded till further notice. No ships are being allowed into port. And all nuclear forces have been placed on DEFCON 3.
All foreign ambassadors are asked to stay either in their homes or in their embassies until the crises has ended. This is for their own safety.

Medical supplies are being sought.

National Police and Internal Security Agents are now sweeping the nation rounding up all athiests. Athiests are charged with being involved in an evil plot to destroy the nation. Other groups and individuals being seized are described as having liberal bents.

Abortion is illegal in Whittier. It was settled after we fought a long and protracted civil war over it a few decades back.
Also we have a high degree of religious freedom. Our government is seperate from the various churches and other religious organizations in our nation, whome we allow the freedom to believe and practice what they believe any where in the nation they have the inkling to, as long as its not a secure military base or government building. We have the following limits on the amount access that foriegners will be allowed:
1. Nothing may be taken out of the nation.
2. None of the evidence may altered or otherwise tampered with.

OOC: basically, there was a massive conspiracy on the part of Handerson and his fellow athiest extremists to kill christians in an attempt to spark some kind of religious war and use it to get national ban on all religions. Handerson is hiding somewhere in the community of nations. Which nation we don't know.
The intell agents claiming he was in sidestreamer are secretly on the payroll of a major international conglomerate that would like to see the Sidestreamer govt. pushed aside so they can exploit that nation's people. But the neither the government of Whittier nor Sidestreamer know this. Nor does anyone else. All they know is that the agents are making claims but can't provide documentation and they are for some reason owning 5 billion dollar estates on government salaries of only $500,000 a year. And they act all nationalistic like they would never do anything to harm Whittier's interests.
Other than that, you review the lists which contain names of conspirators, documents containing the plots and the targets, almost all christians but a couple of muslim groups were targeted also. Also you review the videos and the phone conversations and your people interview the informants.
