The benifits of signing the treaty:

1) Nations provide eachother with military/economic support if they request it.

2) Nations may conduct joint military projects, scientific researches, experiments, ect. ect.

3) Nations may have access to eachother's cloning facilities, science facilities, military, ect.

4) Nations will not declare war against eachother unless they provide a good reason.

5) New nations can receive military training from the more experienced ones.

6) Nations may have access (with the other's permission) to technology that the one nation has and the other wishes to have.

Nations that have agreed to these terms:

OOC: That's all I can think of off of the top of my head. Please feel free to post up constructive comments or suggestions.

OOC: Perhaps political support?

IC:

<Red Matriarch Ashili>

The Nation of Jenrak will accept this agreement, most importantly giving Huntaer military and economic support. This includes to permission to browse our greatest prizes: our artifacts and chemical weaponry.

The Eshirian Sovereignty has long prided itself in its independent spirit, and therefore has not joined many alliances in the past. The one alliance that we have bound our selves to, is one joined out of the need to secure our future. The alliance was so vast, far reaching, and filled with such influential members, that to ignore the obvious risks borne out of aggitating or otherwise provoking it were too great to ignore.

However, this alliance, with it relatively untested founder, currently limited influence, and its current inability to threaten our interests, is not one that we find a need to join.

In conclusion, it has been decided that the current non-aggresion pact between Huntaer, and the ES, along with membership in the GE, is the current limit to which we will commit ourselves to the entangled affairs of the galaxy.

In the future however, we my find the need to join this alliance, at which point,we will contact you.

A message from Kremlin Castro:

"With the growing empires across the world, and with Tetchuan just comming out of a brutal war with the rebels and her allies in Tigerlan, I would like to take my country of Tetchuan into this treaty. I have read the agreements and strongly believe that this will benefit not only Tetchuan, but all other countries involved."
