Not good, but all that I have at this moment as I'm at my friend's house. I hope this turns out to be a good war. I thought attacking GE would bring some real combat to Earth RB.]
Serbian Frontier With Bulgaria
General der Panzertruppen Albrecht von Triest looked at the map laid out in front of him. Flags pinpointed every major Bulgarian city which was targetted as his primary objectives, and each one looked plausible enough. The two largest cities marked on the map were Vidin and Montana, the latter of which lay considerably behind the border and would be his hardest obstacle. Indeed, the majority of Generia's defenses would have to be cracked through before the Macabee army could sweep into center Bulgaria. However, Bulgaria had to be the first to be targetted since it was occupied by possibly the most powerful nation which held land in Eastern Europe, and so an early victory would doom the rest of Europe.
Under his direct command von Triest could rely on three Panzer Divisionen, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd, under the commands of Generalmajors Xavier von Revt, Luca von Jurcht, and Maximilian von Iniertim respectively. All three generals were reknown for the genius which for some reason seemed to spark in Macabee generalship. Altogether the three divisions fielded a total of one thousand five hundred Panzerkampfwaggen XI BredtSverdt MBTs (Main Battle Tanks), a force to be reckoned with. Alternatively, the I Panzerkorp also made use of three Praetorian V SAM (Surface to Air Missile) Brigades, which were equipped with their own field RADAR (RAdio Detection and Ranging) services, forming a ring of defense some one hundred and fifty Praetorian battering strong. In order to throw in another punch the I Panzerkorp also had an array of two artillery brigades under the command of Generaloberst Udo von Koch and Generaloberst Guntram von Fres, giving the I Panzerkorp two hundred and twenty-five KriGud 155mm Self Propelled Artillery Guns. In the way of infantry the I Panzerkorp could throw in three armored infantry batallions, for a total of three thousand infantry and three hundred and seventy-five SOV-06 IFVs (Infantry Fighting Vehicles). It quickly became obvious that the I Panzerkorp could hold its own against a much larger enemy.
The strength of the I Panzerkorp would be able to smash through the border. The logistical center was based at Ziajecar, and thus this base of operations would put Vidin and Montana into range.
von Triest turned his head to face his chief of staff and muttered,"Again, our Empire will go to war. But this time we are waging battle against an enemy who is on par, an enemy with the strength to stop many nations. This will test our strength. But, alas, we cannot lose."
The II Panzerkorp was centered around Pirot, and they were poised to strike deep into Berkovitsa and Breznik. From there a wing of the II Panzerkorp would provide the northern pincer in the historic attack on Sofia, the Bulgarian capital.
The III Panzerkorp would be based on the corner of the frontier with Macedonia, Serbia, and Bulgaria. Primary objectives would be Radomir and Pernik. Then, a pincer would provide the southern flank attack on Sofia, and hopefully cause the collapse of the Generic defense, allowing the Macabee armies to sweep into Bulgaria.
If that wasn't enough the IV Panzerkorp was put on the Macedonian border with Bulgaria. Generalmajor Hugo von Grief of the 11th Panzergrenadier Brigade (Armored/Tank Infantry) was put in command of all three Panzergrenadier Brigades belonging to the IV Panzerkorp, which mean the 10th, 11th and 12th Panzergrenadier Brigades. So, while he had to make sure his own brigade was ready and in place he was also held responsible for the rest of korp's infantry. He called a meeting in his personal humvee, larger than most, but without weapons. It was produced specifically for the general officers, protected by rings of soldiers in their SOV-06s. Present were the commanders of the 10th Panzergrenadier Brigade, Generalmajor Viktor von Franz, and 11th Panzergrenadier Brigade, Generalmajor Alfred von Tientoret.
The strategic reserve, however, was rather empty. The I Infanteriekorp was distributed around the new Macabee Balkan Empire keeping the peace in the recently aquired terrirtories, so that automatically disolved one hundred thousand souls which could have fought on the front. Regardless, however, the II Infanteriekorp would be deployed and ready within the week putting another hundred thousand infantry on the border, giving the Macabees yet more manpower. In reserve the III Infanteriekorp, of the Second Infanteriearmee, was based at Vlasotince, prepared to be transferred to any sector of the front.
No matter, OberKommando des Heers believed there to be at least four weeks before any shooting began, and by that time the Macabees would be more than prepared to punch into Bulgaria.
