Ok, I recently did a thread about a school where children are abducted and trained for use in the military. If you want a view as to how this will go than the original is here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=406100&page=1&pp=15)

If your interested post a character name here. Multiple Characters are encouraged, but if it gets too big than I may ask you to remove a secondary character, which I don't think I will have to, as I will try to avoid that at all costs

You can do a genetically modified person, approved by me and the other RP'ers, but be forewarned your options with a genetically modifed character will be much more limited than with a normal character.

The layout of the school will be they will be abducted when they are about 3-5. They will be in a basic training school for about five years. After they complete the training school they will move onto a specialization school. The list of schools is ever growing, so if you have a good idea for one let me know a name for it and a basic explanation of what happens and I'll add it.

Martial Arts

I'm joining this one, as I missed out on the other, which was really interesting.

Edrias Renault: His father (Ivalice) knows he's in this school and was abducted, and has no worries, as his son was taught to obey orders, and knows nothing will happen to him.

I was hoping to have a small RP which has Ivalice talking with McCain or whomever about his son and what will happen, if that's okay.

Suzie Anstermin, daughter of the Securia Dragoon leader Alchemist, attending an international boarding school.

This takes place in nation of fortune? I guess Suzie gets abducted in boarding school instead of home then?

That is perfectly fine. We usually only take the children without prior knowledge of the parents from NoF, but since he is from a different country that should be RP'ed

it is taking place in Nation of Fortune, I suggest looking at the first two pages of the original thread though, so you can have a feel of what it is like

If this is ok could this be a military school which allows the exception to the 4 year olds being abducted rule? Seriously, 4 year olds usually aren't badass enough to be cool soldiers. Also I don't know how to go about RPing a 4yr old.

If not then I could just make up a different character, no big deal I have a backup.

how do you mean? they can be put in by their parents. Bu tbeing in the school at an older age wouldn't fit in with the rest of the characters very well

I have another character to add.

Hayate Amakusa: From a family of (now deceased) former ninja bloodline, Hayate was found in an orphanage by (Nation of Fortune) and sent to the school.

Does training in Special Forces involve extensive training in CQC? If not, we can make a class entirely devoted to martial arts. Put Edrias in either one of those. If Hayate is accepted, put him in Spies or Scout/Sniper, whichever is closest to real life ninja.

The original one has a Martial Arts training, which is what one of my characters is doing. he could do that, although as far as I know its only CQC rather than focusing on the art of stealth

Ok, well I'm not sure how well that would work. I'm trying to be as flexible as possible, while staying close, age wise, to the other one. So I'm sorry but by that time they will have most of their training done by the time they are 14

Ok, to explain a bit, the thread you posted in is beyond joinability, but I started this thread when I realized that the popular opinion of this thread was it seemed pretty fun, so I started this one so people could join with less hassle

... Well, this will be interesting, to say the least.

First, may I use a neko? My nation is made up entirely of Nekos(catpeople). If that's okay, then I'll use this character, Lucca Ashtear, a 5 year old Krowemohian, daughter of a Corporate Lawyer visiting Earth on vacation.

If not, then Alissi Smiths, just a five year old random human girl from a random human couple from a random human nation. Lotsa randomness there. :D

OK, Arthaga Nova has no problems with it, and gathering most of the rest of the people's opinions in a timely manner would be hard, so for now, I'll say go for, but be prepared to drop the Neko if somone seriously complains about it. I don't really mind, I just don't want any hardcore Future tech or fantasy stuff in here, so no magic, or galactic cruisers. But for the simplicity of it all, could I have you do two characters instead of just one, perhaps two Neko's or One Neko and one Human? because having an even number of students is going to be very important later on.

Well, sure. Nekos don't naturally have magical abilities, so it'll just be more of a culture shock then anything else. And while we are a FT nation, I can RP on a MT level. :D

Umh, I was given the impression that the children were snatched, without knowledge of the parents involved? I say this because it's... Difficult to have a Krowemohian transfer citizenship, due to laws and what have you. But sure, I'll have the human's father brought in, with the daughter.

Niether can I and there are a few good teachers but they are few and far between.
