The nation of Euroslavia had arisen from its civil war with even more strength than the world could have possibly seen. Within a decade, massive changes took place in the infrastructure of the government. Lady Destra strengthened her power in her beloved nation, but not as to punish her people. Such laws were put into place to prevent the nation from falling into a similar predicament, as before.
In the same way, the nation of Automagfreek fell into a civil war, with someone else claiming leadership to the throne in a temporary manner, unbeknownst to them. Their leader was rightfully re-established as leader, with a sigh of relief. Lady Destra feared that with a wrong person in the leadership role of Automagfreek, the world could fall into flames, with such a rogue state. Relations between Euroslavia and Automagfreek were expected to turn colder than ice, that is, until she was toppled, for good.
It was time, now that these two nations had arisen from the flames of war, to establish some sort of solidarity between the two peoples who had gone through similar experiences, and had learned from them in a positive manner. Perhaps some sort of friendship can be worked out between the two nations of Automagfreek and Euroslavia. Time would be the greatest factor in such a task...
Lady Destra arose on a Thursday morning, and met with her Minister of Foreign Relations and the Minister of Intelligence to be debriefed on a situation that had began to develop between Automagfreek, its allies, and members of the RWC, as well as their own allies not affiliated with the alliance.
"Lady, I'm afraid that the situation has begun to spiral downward. War between NATO and the RWC was inevitable. Seeing as we continue to have good relations with the majority of the members of NATO, I suggest that we continue our way of dealing with matters, and side with them." suggested the Minister of Intelligence.
"There is absolutely no reason for Euroslavia to not support NATO, and Automagfreek itself." as Lady Destra responded in an irritated manner. "We will continue our support of our former allies; however, I suggest that we take a step further."
Lady Destra began to grin. She would be the first to admit that she is the most stubborn person that anyone could ever talk to. Ever since her return to power, many have feared her temper, as well as her ....shall we say... reformed diplomatic skills. Being given twenty-five years to build-up such skills was an easy task, but finally being able to use them was what everybody feared. Euroslavia was a changed nation. The leader as well, was different, and no longer naive to the ways of the world. She vowed to give Euroslavia an edge, so to speak. Establishing warm relations with Automagfreek would be good enough for the rest of the world to re-think about Euroslavia's reputation.

I congratulate you on your victory over the rebel leader trying to steal your throne, and I am personally relieved that the world didn't have to deal with such a horrible person. Anyways, on to the matter of discussion. We wish to establish better relations with Automagfreek, in hopes that some sort of friendship and solidarity could be established between you and myself. I would personally be willing to travel to your nation to discuss such terms with you, including trade, current international events, as well as any other topic you wish to bring up. There is much to discuss between our nations, and I look forward to your response."
