"I" a major part of the crowd shouts from the Parliment chambers at the same time riseing there right hand into the air.

"all Agenst" The speaker asks noteing down the results from the Agreeing party.

"NEY" said a rather small part of Parliment, mainly religious partys and abortionist groups.

"the motion is passed, Bill 114: Goverment funding to SCR." the speaker said, the parliment building erupts is chouts and cheers but also boos and threats.
Down on the lower floor together with a few other Extremists Sasha looked down on the ground. she strongly disagreed with SCR and this bill ment that the nation of ravenstad was funding and monitoring Stem Cell Research, who knew what it would be used for.
"god dam it" she said coldly, she and her group of followers stomed out of the Parliment floor and out of the House of Parliment to be met with a vary large media cercus.
"Sasha, sasha Delaginsti" a female jernalist shouted, "how do you feel with Bill 114?". Sasha turned round and looked up, brushing her long black hair out of her face.
"how do i feel? thats simple, the goverment has just shown to all people that it favors the rich over the poor, this is all this research will help. the NHS wont be able to aford the results in the years to come and only the rich will get the benifits. We the poor in 10 years time will be living till we're 80 while the rich will be up there with out a fear in the world about cancer or Parkinsons and live dubble our life times." she said in a warmer voice then befor but still it got to you and sent a shiver down your spine.
"is this the last stand is your party now backing down?" the jernaulist asked.
"yes the party is infact leaving parliment, we're going to fight this the only way the goverment seems to understand, with action. the RSRA is being reformed with a new mission. the goverment forced this apon us and nothing will stop us till we reach our goal" she snaped, pushing though the crowd heading towards the line of cars waiting for them.

"and there you have it, Sasha Delaginsti has declared that the RavenStad Republician Army is reforming. A group that had a goal to topple the Old Dictator in the early 90's is now being reformed to fight the goverment over Stem Cell research bill 114 that passed moments ago after months of debate. its a grave day for us, and we just got word that the Prisidant Jack Black is about to speak."

"it is my sad dutiy to inform you today that, the once loved group RSRA has declared a war apon the goverment they helped putting in power. Due to this the RSRA is under the Milltia Terrorist Act of 1999, that stated any Militia gruops that declared war apon the goverment was a Terrorist group and was no longer supported and funding by the goverment. On top of this the group has now been placed on 1st on Most Dangerus Terrorist group and most wanted. Arrest warrant have been order for the ring leaders of the group and for Sasha Delaginsti. i fear tho this will go on for some time and alot of lives will be lost, the milltary has been put on alart." he looked down a tear formed in his eye that he quickly wiped away, so soon the nation was falling apart he feared. "i hope that the RSRA will back down befor blood shed that is insued if they go out with this war."


OOC: no international news has come out, tho you might have had news people in the nation and got the presidants speach no offical international statement has been made. dosnt mean that you cant respond just that we havent stated weather the group might go international or if we need help.
im hopeing to make this long but mainly devloping key figures, you if you want can send teams to support the RSRA, send people who just want to join etc jsut make shore that my goverment dont find out.

"hay Alex, you hear the RSRA "reformed" to fight the evils of the Goverment" jack said in a joking way. "sacurity is going to get a real beef up you know, i hear the Colonial Marines might get used in protecting Corporate assests. dam can you belive it Colonial marines here. dam." jack was saying, Alex wasnt paying much attention since he was reading his book as normal. All and all nothing was out of the ordanary, Jack wouldnt shut up, Alex didnt care and the night was quite.

It wasnt long tho till 2 van pulled up near the wall of the grounds, inside was a crack team of hardcore RSRA wearing balacalvors and all black cloths in the other more C4 then was needed to level the building with a few 1000 steel 9mm balls.
"ok you know what we need to do, get in get to Sacurity, open the gates plant the van and blow it." one of them said, he seemed to be inchage as he clocked his L85A1 assault rifle, they each had one with a few extra mags.
They all (6 in total) got out the van, apart from the driver who waited for the signal. They hoped over the fence, only getting missed as Alex had his feet in the way of the monitor reading his book and jack went off to get coffee. The the Alarm went off as the Intruders broke into the building, sweaping though room to room to get to the main Sacurity office. Alex quickly got up and looked at the camras, shit he thought when he saw they were packing some heat. He quickly picked up the phone and call it in at the same time hit the alarm that went off across the building and not just in the Sacurity office. At this point jack knew something was wrong, droping the coffee and drawing out his 9mm he headed off back to the office. has he ran out the door he ran into the group, pulling up his gun he was shot down but manage to get off a shot. he body hit the floor, 5 shots in his chest and blood trickling down from his mouth.
One of the RSRA got hit, falling to the floor in pain as the bullet hit his right sholder. "ahh CRAP" he mouned, 1 of the others grabed him and started to head back to the exit point.
About 2 minutes later sirans could be heared as the police were nearly on scene. they didnt have long to open the gates and get the van in but it had to be done. as they got to the Sacurity office and slowly opened the door, Alex open fire shoting 6 times randomly missing all of them. they inturn opened fire on automatic filing alex full of holes then rushing in. they open the gates in a few seconds of getting into the office, "ok mike get in plant it and get out of there we blow in 2 minutes." the one who was inchage said, "the rest of us get out, the Police will be here any minute now and i dont want to have to shoot our way out. Down to the tunnel and go". and off the went spliting into 2 man teams as they did it, the van with the c4 drove in as the other one flowed it in. Driving down to the underground car park then leaving the vans, both drivers were armed.
as they ran out into the grounds heading for the Tunnels the police had arrived, opening fire on the 2 drives. suddenly there was an explodtion as the van went off, killing meny of the officers as a large chunk of the building went up in flames and other parts flew off. Stef one of the drivers was thrown to the ground, as her team mate try to pick her up he was hit in the head by a sniper. she Grabed her L85A1 and rolled over but the sniper knew what she was up to, he fired at her right arm, the bullet went in and went though the bone braking it in 2 then exiting barly missing going into her chest. she layed down in pain, the night sky in front of her, the light of the fire in the conor of her eye and the sounds of officer running towards her. she was fucked and she knew it, royal fuck.

Moments ago, a small team of RSRA terrorist broke into a Bio Tech Corp Research building in RavenGrad and planting a bomb. its unknown at this time what excatly happened but it is confirmed that 12 police officers are dead, 2 Sacurity guards are also dead and about 20 or so people wounded. Bio Tech Corp is one of the leading research Corporations that are research into Stem cells, and this building was to be one of the largest SCR centers in RavenStad but as you can see thats not the case anymore. the Reporting put his hand to his ear then spoke again quickly, this just in its rumered that one of the RSRA was captured, we're er...not shore if this is er..true or not but its rumered that a RSRA member was capture on scene. As i said befor the first RSRA Terrorist attack has been confirmed and its confirmed they have claimed the attack as these, Bio Tech Corp was the first target and most likely not the last.

It was dark, damp and cold. Stef knew that at lest, her arm had be seen to but they didnt put the arm in a cast. Stef was only 17, blue eyes, black hair and short for her age (5f2"). she sat in the conor of the room, holding back the tears in her eyes and wipeing her noise.
It seemed like hours befor the door opened letting in light, the light tho hurt her eyes and she tryed not to look at it.
"pick er up" said a low mean nothen voice, the sorta voice you heared and right away knew you where in deep shit. 2 guards walked in, grabing Stef rather roughly careing not if it hurt. One of the guards purpusly grabed her broken arm, she scream in pain as tears flooded down her face and the guard let go on the arm smerking. the "escorted" her down the cell block into a room, she knew where she was and she knew that one way or another she would talk, you always did when you got draged in by the Ravens nest. The Secret police of RavenStad, known only by a few and even then you would need to know who.
"so Stef, init grate to have ya 'ere." he said in a mocking way. "now lass its simple, tell us what we wana know an' you get to go free. if not well.....we'll just hav'ta force it out ta you"
"go to hell you nothen ponce" she snaped, suddenly her face colided with the guys fist.
"pardon?" he said, his tone was more carry on like that and i'll kick the crap out of you then anything elce. "now, whos ya contact in da RSRA?" he asked.
"a fish" she said, blood running from her noise. SMACK, as he hit her again in the face giveing her a rather nasty cut across her eye brow. this routin carryed on for just over an hour befor they draged her back to her cell, this was the easy bit, this was the nice bit. what followed would test the limits of anyone no matter there training.

the next thing they did was prevent you sleeping and they did an hour later, forceing her to stand up while a siran went off in the room at just the right pitch to become really annoying, with the odd punch in the stomoch and the stoping for questioning.
this went on for 16 hours, and she was a wreak, they thow her back into her cell, she sat in the conor huddled up in a ball. Face all messed up and brused all over, she sat crying for hours not stoping. She couldnt take it but she had to go on she had to hold out hopeing they would think she knew nothing.

"you think she will crack sir?" an Officer asked the "interagator".
"shes going to try and hold out, hopeing we'll think she knows noting. but thanks to the infomation we ave we know she does." he said looking at him, "i dont this any more then you do, but it has to be done".
the officer put his head to the wall and sighed, "so whats next?" he asked turning round.
"well, i ave the guards wake er up in 2 hour intervals, then another round the sleep deprovation and then try being nice. do we ave any female agents ere, young early 20s?" the interagator asked looking up.
"your kidding right?" he looked at his face "your not are ya, ok i'll have a look"

24 hours after being arrested

Stef was in a mess, she could barely speak, her arm looked like it had an infection and to top it off she hadnt had any sleep. It wasnt long tho till the door open and the guards came in, she'd given up trying to sleep she just sat there stairing at the door. The picked her up, she gave little effort in fighting back as she got up and walked. they walked into a new cell block with other women, tho first she got draged to the medical room to get cheaked over. after an hour or so there, getting anti botics for her arm, then getting it re-steched up and casted.
She looked round as she was taken to her knew cell, there must have been just over 30 women here. Playing pool, cards, smokeing, jokeing she couldnt belive it, she had made it or so she thought.

Her cellmate was a young woman aged around 22, short brown hair, brown eyes vary attrative and grate body. tho she was rather brused, Stef could tell this girl had gone though the same sorta thing. When stef walked in she was already in her bunk, only reason Stef saw her was the fact that she seemed to jump 6 feet into the air when the door open and had curled up back to the wall with a look of pure fear. When she saw it was only Stef and a guard it kinda put her at ease but not totaly.
"we'll keep your antibotics and give them to you when you need them dont worrie, foods in an hour." the guard said, turning on his heels and walking out.
The first thing Stef could think of was sleep, and thats what she did for the first day in open prison. she felt safe and thought she made it but how wrong she was in this battle of wills.

Jason walked though the streets, it was 2 in the morning and he had just finished work. He worked as a programer, the corporation he worked for had sold one of the best OS systems in RavenStad since computers were first made there. the streets where clear, apart from the odd patrol of RSCMs in there 2 man teams or the cheak points.
The place was turning into a milltary police state faster then you could say fish, after he got though the 4th cheak point on his way home and it was confirmed for the 4th time that he had just finished work and on his way home, a young man ran into him droping a few papers. a few seconds later a Marine ran round the corner with his rifle in hand, "FREEZE" he shouted. Jason didnt know if it was to him or the the guy he just ran into the marine was talking to but jason just drop to the floor, but the marine shouted it again and jason could hear the mans foot steps running away.
it was as if things had gone into slow motion for just a second, he looked at the guy, then the marine then back to the guy just as the marine open fire, 2 shots one in the sholder and one in the leg.
"holy shit" Jason said looking up, the marine was on the radio right away.
"i need medical asstance on the coner of 5th avanue, one man down 2 gun shot wounds." he said, he looked no older then 19 and fresh out of camp.
"roger that, asstance on route."

Jason picked up one of the papers the man had droped and looked at it, it had the RSRA symbol on it. the black Raven with its wings spread out with RA written below it. then writeing, the reason for the war with the goverment.

People, they lie to you. do you belive that you will reep the benifits of SCR? do you think in 10 years time your going to be cured of cancer or do you think it will be the rich?. we're not fighting for god or anything like that but for equal share in such a research, Goverment funding only helps the Corporations not save us. And we know with our goverment we wont get that share.

he looked up and screwed up the bit of paper, it was the other bit that got him.

he saw her last night, the night she went missing he saw her. but where he thought, he couldnt think just couldnt. nothing came to mind all he remebered was her face but from where he couldnt figure out.
"you all right sir?" the marine asked, he noticed the leaflit in the jasons hand.
"ya, im fine...do you know anything about this girl?" he asked, he noticed that other marines were looking after the man who just go shot.
"ya, well more rumers then anything elce, a few guys say it was the Ravens Nest carting her off to find out stuff, thinking she was part of the RSRA or somin. another rumer has it that she was kidnaped by the RSRA but my money is that shes a run away." he said.
after a few minutes and jason showing the guy his ID (and confirming is story now for the 5th time) jason went on home. the girls image stuck in his head but he couldnt remember where he saw her face.

"ladys and gentelmen of the world, in the recent days of the goverment supporting the bill to fund SCR and the fomation of the SCR moitoring commitee, a Politcal party call the RavenStad Republican Party (RSRP) broke away and reformed the RSRA or RavenStad Republican Army, a once well respected and loved freedom fighting group who helped during the civil war and fighting of the dictator in the 90s. the RSRA has so far claimed the lives of 14 people, with threats, intimidation, beating and in one extream case murder of SCR researchers and committe members. We fear that any international party that helps the goverment would become a target of the RSRA but put a firm warning out, IF any nation or group with in a nation is found to be helping in anyway the RSRA it will be seen as an act of war on the nation of RavenStad and will be delt with accordingly, There will be only one warning and this is it.
We do tho ask for help in helping tracking down key RSRA members and preventing the RSRA from spreading into other nations forming splinter group. Our intelligance agencies are willing to work with any other agencies, infact this is the first time in some years they have been working together go figure.
Once again i say this, the RSRA are a dangerus group and will stop at nothing till they complete there goal one way or another."

OOC: well i was hopeing for some outside help for the RSRA and the goverment but meh i will wait even longer it seems.

Jack looked round the office, in a few minutes he had to have a meeting with the Corporations and the Sacurity sections. so far they had nothing, no outside help, no leads no nothing, and the only thing they had was a 17 year old currently being god knows what to in the Ravens Nest Prison.
"Michel any knews?" he asked looking up.
"nope, still the same no threats no nothing." she replyed looking up "look dont worrie you will be fine so far the RSRA have hit one target it will be hard for them to hit a 2nd"
"true" he replyed.
He then stood up and walked towards the door, heading to the meeting. along the way he was engulfed in his thoughts, maby he could have evoided this maby if he had done somthing things might have been different.
When he finial got to the Meeting room he took in a deep breath befor opening the doors. and when he did all the people stood and said hello, or hello Mr Presidant or Mr black.
"settle down settle down, lets just get down to what we're here for" jack said

"well it seems that the RSRA got lucky" the General of the RSCM Rupart Brash.

"fat chance, the RSRA are gearing up all the signs say so, most of our informats and so forth seem to be telling the same storie" the Director of the HIA (homeland intel agentice) Borris Gorcshe replyed in a strong Angol Russian accent.

all the main people were in heated argument when suddenly the massive TV behind the Presidant suddenly flashed on. the face of Sasha Delaginsti apeared with a black background, she was in full RSRA battle dress and stood firm.

"what the fu..." jack was cut off by Sasha befor he could finish his sentance.

"Mr Presidant and cabint, i see that you all gathered. you have seen what we are willing to do, what we did on friday is just a taste of what we will do the next target it larger and more public. now im going to give you this one and only chance to complie to our demands, stop the Goverment funding on SCR or we go on." sasha said "and belive me what we have planed will be nasty and deadly."

"you know we wont give into Terrorist Sasha Delaginsti so whats the point of giveing such a demand." Jack said giveing her a cold look "i dont and cnt understand why you would drag such a well respected group into a honorless so called war."

the entire room erupted into mumers and wispers, each talking to each other. jack looked round his hands were tied, never negotiate with Terrorist. what could he do, nothing and sasha knew it.

"Sasha Delaginsti, it is the policy of the Republic of RavenStad never to negotiate with terrorist no matter there demands. im sorry Sasha but thats that, you have 2 choices call off this war with no arrests or go on with you so called war and take what will come to you." Jack said, looking up "im hopeing you dont drag this nation into a civil war that doesnt need to happen and is not needed."

the screen suddenly flickered off, that was that. he knew what was going to happen and he knew that what ever she had planned would be vary public.
and so right he was, he could see what happened next out the window. the Corporate HQ of Bio Tech Corp suddenly collapsed, a massive explodtion could be heared, the windows rocked with the sound. the night sky for a brif moment lit up as the once high and overpowering building exploded in the 6 lower floors, it went down at an angle right into a apartment building the death toll would be massive.

People rushed about shouting orders, sending message but still jack stood at the window and staired. the country was united no more, he knew it this attack would go 1 way with the people. eaither to hunt down the RSRA or full support to the RSRA.

"the explosives didnt go off in sinc, the right explosives went off befor the left throwing the building into a tilt as it fell. but we got the work into there Mainframe, it will be sending us all the data we need." one of the RSRA said.
"thats not the point, we need to keep the people on our side to win this and this blunder might end it for us you moron." Sasha said, she'd had it. "im going to bed get me up in the morning and then tell me the bad knews." she wondered off to her room, thoughts filled her mind as she looked round. Jack was right this could pull the nation into a civil war but it had gone to far now, the ball was rolling and it couldnt be stoped.
