We hereby declare, as a member of the United Nations, and a Freedom Loving state, that the nation of Farmina is a terrorist nation that is willling to commit acts of terrorism to oppress it's people and the people of the world.

We hereby declare, as a sovereign nation and a Freedom Loving state, an Economic Embargo against Farmina. In addition we hereby do declare, as of 29th March, 2005, that a State of War Exists between the sovereign nation of Farmina and the Union of Soviet Socialist Hogsweatian Republics as of the desperate and disgusting acts of terrorism commited by the illegal Farminan govermnent. The Greek Party of Drizzts Army and its legislature agreed to press this embargo on Farmina, due to violating U.N. human rights laws. All trade with Farmina is now halted, trade ships heading to Farmina shall be stopped and anybody caugh trading with Farmina shall be arrested from here on out.

However, even if Drizzts Army passes this embargo, we shall not interfer(sp?) with the war between Farmina and Hogsweat. We can only pray and hope that the conflict at hand shall be resolved quickly without taking many innocent human lives.

There shall be no further death penalty in this form or for these crimes. This was a once off measure, to deal with a spate of criminality that got well out of hand.

Farmina has long allowed foriegn human rights inspectors to enter its lands; we shall continue the tradition.

Seeing as Credonia is a close ally of Dumpsterdam and is preparing to protect your nation from invasion by foreign nations, our government can only wonder if this threat of an ICBM strike extends to us. To make this quicker, Krioval no longer recognizes the legitimacy of your government as a result of the atrocity you have committed. That places Mr. Rickhart in an awkward position. Despite his eagerness to waive rights to counsel and a jury trial, I am unable to connect him to the Bralos bombings. He is, thus, innocent - of those acts anyway. But I can't send him back to you either. Letting him go free is equally unpalatable, as he is a security risk. So I have come to a compromise. You seemed fond of that word a few days ago.

Mr. Rickhart will be questioned until his worth as a source of information is exhausted. He will then be transported an undisclosed location where he will likely spend the rest of his life in captivity, mining ore. His life will be tolerable, and probably better than the median standard of living in your wretched land. The ores he will mine will make their way through our 'pipeline' to a processing facility, where metal will be extracted. The metal will go to an arms manufacturing plant. The arms will be sold to those with whom we have a trade agreement. And if a bullet containing any of that metal should strike true, Mr. Rickhart may actually have his revenge on you.

If the Credonian goverment so wishes to destroy or so harm the Farminian nation and goverment we have but no other option to side with Emperor Justinian for the time being.

With the current situation on hand the Empire will only side with Farmina so that its plans are not compromised, we will call Farmina to order once we deal with more urgent manners.

We propose to Hogsweat and others(leaving the threat of glass-bowling out of the question) to leave Farmina be, keep any sort of embargo's they have in place and not to resort to military action. The Empire will deal with Farmina, in its own way and form in due time.

Claude (The President) looked at the woman in front of him, Faizah Ugande. It wasn't a pleasant view. She was in her fifties, and, while doubtlessly smart, not exactly a beauty, nor a nice character. He sighed, remembering the day she had actually hit him. He wasn't quite certain just why he hadn't had her shot yet, either. Possibly because he feared her.

"So... Apart from blatant hypocrisy, there's nothing we would have a problem with, joining the embargo, yes?"

"Pretty much. Of course..." Faizah hesitated. "Well, I don't like Hogsweat's warlikeness. I mean, we have our own rebels, and while we're about to secure the northern mines... We cannot really afford being drawn into even more conflicts. Besides, Farmina, as well as its allies, namely Dumpsterdam, seem to be Class B civilisations."

Once Faizah had left the room, Claude Sule could finally concentrate on the more important things. Apparently, the division he had sent to the north was advancing. Things went well, given the reasonably low desertion rates, although the reports about the burning villages and the general behaviour of his soldiers wasn't much to his liking. But then, the world was a harsh place, and perhaps he could use the offspring of their orgies with the locals as resources for the future, be it armed ones or working ones.

In a late session, The Phoenix Milita senate has agreed to impose Sanctions against Farmina. A full Embargo against Farmina was considered but it was voted down as there would be too much temptation for civillian buisnesses to violate the embargo. Odd, for a nation which claims to be for national soveriegnity we've noticed Roach-Busters has been part of an alliance which directly ignores the national soveriegnity of nations recognised as "Communists". So we fail to see your moral high ground on such an issue.

The ship itself was on auto-pilot, and escorted the convoy perfectly.

"Sir, the computer has noticed something in the distance!" exclaimed one of the techies who watched the computers. "What is it?" responded the Rear Admiral in a calm voice. "Well, we aren't sure, but we think-- oh shit!

"What is it?" repeated the RA, this time a bit unnerved.

"Sir, torpedoes incoming towards the convoy!"

Although he was shocked, the RA quickly took action. "I want all of our Sea Kings to get those submarines! Activate Anti-torpedo weapondry, and put all ships on alert!"

Seconds later, explosions rocked the ship. Although the AT weapons had taken out 70% of the torpedoes, one of the frigates had been heavily damaged, as well as other ones.

"Get high command on the line. Now!"

As the Rear Admiral rose from the floor after the shock of the torpedos wore off, he noticed a swarm of small missiles coming towards the fleet. "Initiate defensive measures!" he screamed as the ships guns fired at the missiles. Hundreds exploded in mid-air, but many hit the hull of the ship. The front of the ship had been severly damaged, and all of the other ships had been damaged as well. Screams could be heard all over the place. The ship carrying military supplies exploded in a large fireball, and debris fell everywhere. It seemed that the Boulderfist was the only ship strong enough to survive.

Finally, the Comm-link with the Parliament was made, and the RA made his report.

In the Carthaginian Parliament

After the Rear Admiral made his report and signed out, the Parliament was up in arms. "This is an outrage! This insolent nation has destroyed our ships! We must retaliate at once!" yelled a Representative Mahmoud, from Punjab. All of the representatives cheered in response. Although Carthage had expected some angry actions towards their nation, they had never expected that Mondoth would actually go though with their plan. However, Carthage would respond according to what it had promised: The destruction of all of Mondoth's naval forces. No Warning. No Mercy. No Ambiguity.

Deep in the Carthaginian Desert

"So...we finally get to test our new muscle, eh?" laughed Colonel Ackbar as he read the order sent by high command. Although he was in the middle of nowhere, this base was the headquarters of Carthage's missile response system. Now that he had been given the order, Ackbar ordered that the nations satellites find all Mondothian ships. Within 20 minutes, they had, and their coordinates were fed into the computer. Of course, the Zafar-Class Cruise missiles would miss a few ships, but they would hit most of their targets. All of the ships that were hit would be heavily damaged, and quite a few would be destroyed.

"Sir, all missiles are ready!"

Grinning, Ackbar said the word he had been waiting to say his entire carreer.

As the Rear Admiral rose from the floor after the shock of the torpedos wore off, he noticed a swarm of small missiles coming towards the fleet. "Initiate defensive measures!" he screamed as the ships guns fired at the missiles. Hundreds exploded in mid-air, but many hit the hull of the ship. The front of the ship had been severly damaged, and all of the other ships had been damaged as well. Screams could be heard all over the place. The ship carrying military supplies exploded in a large fireball, and debris fell everywhere. It seemed that the Boulderfist was the only ship strong enough to survive.

Finally, the Comm-link with the Parliament was made, and the RA made his report.

In the Carthaginian Parliament

After the Rear Admiral made his report and signed out, the Parliament was up in arms. "This is an outrage! This insolent nation has destroyed our ships! We must retaliate at once!" yelled a Representative Mahmoud, from Punjab. All of the representatives cheered in response. Although Carthage had expected some angry actions towards their nation, they had never expected that Mondoth would actually go though with their plan. However, Carthage would respond according to what it had promised: The destruction of all of Mondoth's naval forces. No Warning. No Mercy. No Ambiguity.

"So...we finally get to test our new muscle, eh?" laughed Colonel Ackbar as he read the order sent by high command. Although he was in the middle of nowhere, this base was the headquarters of Carthage's missile response system. Now that he had been given the order, Ackbar ordered that the nations satellites find all Mondothian ships. Within 20 minutes, they had, and their coordinates were fed into the computer. Of course, the Zafar-Class Cruise missiles would miss a few ships, but they would hit most of their targets. All of the ships that were hit would be heavily damaged, and quite a few would be destroyed.

"Sir, all missiles are ready!"

Grinning, Ackbar said the word he had been waiting to say his entire carreer.

Uhm... Its a guided MISSILE submarine, that means that it carries cruise missiles as well as torpedoes.

The sub fired 100 missiles at ten ships.

My FLEET fires 4,000 missiles a MINUTE, and thats perfectly plausible as each of the ten arsenal ships (an arsenal ships means a hull and a crapload of missiles with an engine or two to getall the missiles from point A to point B, each one has 800 missiles ready to fire and ca fire 200 missiles everythirty seconds, add it up and that means 4,000 missiles a minute, and I will not hesitate to use them

Elevate fleet alert status, tell the Barriers to light up those big ass radars and tune em in. and set the mojaves to screen. do thos emissiles have terminal guidance or are they dumb?

looks like a limited terminal guidance from our intelligance sources but we don't have the plans.

Move everything just to be sure, I don't want any ship to be where it was in the last call it three hours, and get those barriers to the front.

OOC: I'd just as soon keep it here, I'm all ready keeping track of three threads for this war, two thread for a war I'm running with a puppet and two seperate sets of TG's relating to both wars, I'd rather limit what I have to keep up with if its all righ with you
The fleet has enough cruise missiles for two full loads and one full load of surface to air missiles, a full load is 8,000 missiles. They're a fairly cheap design, and we manufacture them ourselves in HUGE production runs with rather inexpensive labor, so while maintaining such a huge number of missiles is a bit of a strain, they are our primary weapon and it doesn't strain us much more than America's twelve Aircraft carriers and its nuclear arsenal stair them. (We maintain a single ICBM for use against health hazards (Outbreaks that could make their way to our populace) our strategic missiles are delivered strictly via modified crews missiles with inter-continental capability)
