Several months ago while attending an event on alter prime, president bastidas was meeting with an odd religious furry (or Meta animal group) he was greeted by a strange old ,black male dragon who had a scar running down his black pale face from his horn to his bottom jaw , this being was about 8 ft 5 inches tall his body the visible part , was a bunch rough black scales very dry to the touch though younger members of the spices were much smoother . as they were greeting each other and talking about politics for the most part the black dragon looked up and down the presidents face and body , moving up his claw /hand and touching rob on the face. Saying ” You have much … to do to release your true form Mr. bastidas , I must bless you with the nectar of the dragon god so that you may in time release your true form inside you “
Rob looked at the dragon blinking “errmm what are you talking about?” the old dragon took robs arm and rushed him inside the temple it was an old temple looked some what like a Mayan temple,. Its stones were dark yellow and its pillars held up a glorious and high ceiling , after several steps we cam to a large room with huge dragon statues reptilian artifacts and a massive altar with 2 large dragon god statues witch were black and had horns that were estimated to be 2 feet thick and 3 feet long , there height was over 10 m each . the dragon stopped right at the alter ,were he opened a large stone bowl, that was filled with a dark purple liquid. Rob was saying “look I don’t know what this is about but…” he was cut off as the dragon started chanting taking a large wooden cup full of the liquid and handing it to rob the wooden cut was flask shaped it was made form a local tree it’s patterns were that like a stone being thrown in a lake witch make ripples . rob took it and said “what ? do you want me to do with this?!” the old dragon said “drink it my son “ rob blinked about to say some thing but was stopped , by his scaly had thrusting it in his mouth the liquid pouring in to robs thought , the liquid was sweet but sour , rob chucked and coughed after he had drunk every last drop of the liquid and said “What was the meaning of that!, that better have not been ..” he was cut off again by the dragon saying “soon my son your true form and power will be unleashed , all you needed was a kick , time will tell “ , rob blinked a bit confused but semi under standing “well.. I barley under stand you but... Thank you I will come see you from time to time ...”…
Several months had passed, rob was in the white house on March 29th ,rob was sitting in his chair sighing looking over some reports , when we started to feel pain inside of him , then the pain spread to his extremities , swiveling on the chair and winching then just falling over un conscious, secret servicemen rushed in to see what was wrong . next thing rob knew he was in the hospital looking over the glorious new union city cars hovering all around floating pylons of buildings close to the hospital . rob slightly shifted and opened his eyes he looked around and up at some people staring at him with amazement wondering what was wrong , he started speaking in a weird growling voice , hissing “what’s…s wrong..? ,why.. Am I talking this way?! “ he wondered looking up and down him self opening his odd looking eyes widely roaring and screaming “What happened to me !”

His scales are silky and soft , he has a 10 ft long tail he’s 8.5 ft tall , his horns are 2 ft long he has 14 ft wide wings (only 4 ft when folded)
