Introduction

Chong Moua, the Secretary of Diplomacy of the Pest Control Company of Roach-Busters, had never felt happier in his life. A soft-spoken, gentlemanly, intelligent, chivalrous, conventionally handsome man with an affable and benevolent disposition, a smile that revealed his uncompromising integrity and pleasant attitude toward life, and the ability to reconcile even the most virulently hostile enemies, Moua had been an internationally-renowned diplomat for several years. Throughout his travels abroad, he had met hundreds of girls, of all shapes, sizes, and colors. Though not the type to play the field, he had had dozens of girlfriends. And yet, he had never really "clicked" with any of them. That all changed when he met Kimiko Ayasugi, whose pulchritude, intelligence, and personality reeled him in like a fishing hook every time he thought of her. Every woman he saw reminded him of her, every song made him smile dreamily and wish she was in his arms. He loved her with all his heart, would never hurt her, and would unhesitatingly die for her, if need be. So, he mustered the courage to propose marriage. And, to his delight, she accepted.

Today was the big day. Garbed in a conspicuous, scrupulously clean tuxedo whose price exceeded the national debt of most Third World countries, Moua felt simultaneously exhilerated and scared to death. Straightening his toe, he checked himself one last time in the mirror. It was time.

A "Pacitalian" tourist, armed with an MP modified Praetonian made submachinegun snuck around behind the wedding chapel. He had marked out the civil/religious servant in charge a week ago and had identified his car.

Kimiko straightened her wedding dress, and smiled into the mirror. Her mother would've wanted to see this...but she had disowned Kimiko, so that would never happen.

She adjusted her dress, and her veil, and said to herself, "Damn, I'm pretty."

She then noted the time, and got her things. Leaving with the bridesmaids, she left to go to the chapel.

Sitting in the front row were the Generalissimo, the First Lady, and his Cabinet. The next ten rows were filled up entirely by Secret Service agents and other body guards.

The organ began playing. "Here comes the bride..."

Returning to our top stories list, Roach-Busterian Secretary of Diplomacy Chong Moua and ALM terrorist mastermind Kimiko Ayasugi are tying the knot today at the Thiansiri Wedding Chapel in RB City. This follows over a year of passion-fueled love and paparazzi swarms which are to blame for the couple's near-split in February. However, Moua and Ayasugi got back on track and were better than ever, according to their publicist, and earlier this month Moua proposed.

The Ringbearer walked in...

The Ringbearer was an illegal quickie clone of the normal ringbearer.

The rings were soaked in a lethal poison that would give the wearer a heart attack within 3 days....

"Good," Moua said, satisfied. "Then let us begin."

Nobody said a thing....well, except for that guy who looked like Dustin Hoffman banging on the window screaming "Elaine! Elaine! Elaine!" before he realized he had the wrong wedding.

The Hoffman look-alike simply wandered off, saying "Sorry folks. Wrong wedding...anybody know an Elaine Robinson?"

Moua leaned forward, puckered up, and dove in for the kiss.

Kimiko leaned in as well, and the two kissed.

The crowd went wild, and clapped in a thunderous song of applause.

In the audience, J.L.'s eyes were misty, moist, and glistening. Tears slid down his cheeks in thin rivulets. His chest hitched with sobs. "It's all so...so beautiful," he said, his voice thick with emotion.
