10:00 BleAir Plane
Captain: "the electronics system is malfuncitoning" Opens radio "Attention passengers, this is your captian speaking, please prepare for emergency landing."

10:15 Field
The Plane crashlands in the forest just outside the city of Oregano. Survivors get out of the plane, among the main characters are Winchester, a Securia Marshall, and Jay Dratch, a vigilante.

10:30 Outskirts
They Jay walked into the outskirts of the city against the advisors' suggestions.

10:30 Field
Winchester was in contact with the Securia government.
Winchester: "We have crash landed, you know the situation with Portland and the high political tension we have with them, also a civillian walked off into the city."
Secretary: "We have contacted the government of Portshire, we're talking to officials right now and should be able to arrange a pickup in a couple of hours. Try to keep the civillians together, Portshire, and especially Oregano is known for it's high population of Neo-Nazis."
Winchester: "Affirmative, I'll go after the rogue civillian and have the pilot and staff keep things under control over there."

10:45 outskirts
Jay: "Looks like theyr'e about to lynch that guy, Hey stop it guys."

The crowd turned on Jay and was about to attack him. Jay had taken his weapons from the plane storage area and opened fire with his sawed off shotgun.

10:55 Outskirts
Winchester arrives and witnesses Jay fighting the mob, after the police arrives Jay and the mob members are apprehended.

Newswire - "A BleAir plane crash landed in Oregano today and Portshire officials still have yet transport..."

The mob ran at Jay with bats and knives, the usual weapons for lynchers. The shotgun blasts knocked some of them back and the police arrived a little later and broke up the fight.

Det. Caltrop "Another mob? This city is out of control, seriously, the racism has gone far enough."

Patrolman: "Well racism is rampant in Portshire, especially in Oregano."

The police chief arrives.

Caltrop: "It so after questioning all these people and looking at their identification they all seem to be residents in Oregano except for the man they were fighting. Who are you exactly?"

Jay: "I'm Jay Dratch, from Securia."

Winchester arrives

Winchester: "This man belongs with me, I'm a Securia Marshall and we're waiting for pickup from Securia. The fighting was obviously in self defesne as the mob was about to attack him."

Cheif: "You're on Portshire soil now Mr. Securia Marshall. His attack on people is a blatant infrigement on the treaties between Securia and Portshire."

Winchester: "But the mob was about to attack him, surely you don't allow assault in your country?"

Caltrop: "He does have a point there sir." Caltrop knew it was no good, this man was a racist, along with the majority of Oregano, there was no way this Securian would get away with what he had just done. The Oregano police force was a cesspool and Caltrop knew it was only a matter of time before things would start to get dicey.

Chief: "You're both under arrest"

Caltrop: "But sir"

Chief: "No buts,"
Radio message: *We've just recieved a message from the senator, you are to assist the crash survivors, they have been granted temporary immunity.*

Chief: "Ok here's what's going to happen, I can't stand these Securians, we'll kill these two and say it occured before the radio message."

Caltrop: "Sir that's illegal."

The Chief takes out a pistol and aims it at Winchester.

Winchester grabs the Chief's arm with his left hand and pushes it away while he points the gun in his right hand up into the Chief's arm and fires.

Jay grabs the keys from Caltrop and takes off his handcuffs. Knocks down Caltrop and graps the confiscated shotgun and shoots the policeman that points a gun at him, he then turns and points the gun at Caltrop. "Drop it"

Caltrop drops the gun he was about to point at Jay.

Caltrop: "Listen, I know the Chief was a badguy, the truth is the police department was a cesspool and there are just too many racists in this city."

Caltrop noticed that some of the mob had escaped. "Those people are probably going to be back soon, we'll have to get out of here as they'll try to kill us."

Caltrop rounded the rest of the arrested mob and handcuffs them to the police cars, they wouldn't all fit into one car so keeping them immobile would be the only thing he could do for now.

"Get in the car, we have to go."

They get into the car.

He radios the pilot and tells him what happened and also calls his boss to notify the change in situation.

In Securia the president was just briefed of the situation. Preparations were made for the extraction of Jay and Winchester.
