Earth II Interstellar Alliance

Calling all nations!!!

This is starting the sign up for the Interstellar Alliance.

The goal of this alliance is to help thos nations who want to get into space.

heres my reasoning. many nations have developed space programs, yet, many dont. my feeling is, it shouldnt be a monopoly of the cosmos. what the alliance would do is defend other members in space from other spacial attacks, we would share technology and man power, we would promote science of the cosmose.

Sure, this is only one small step in the way for an intergallactic alliance, when of course it becomes mt, but it is one giant leap for Earth II.

So, what are you waiting for? Give us your support and your childeren. Join the alliance!!

We need no help in reaching space. We appreciate the sentiment, though.

Despite our involvement in space via Space Shuttles and satellites we will remain free of this alliance.

We feel that this alliance would be a great help to many nations. Liebermonk has been in space for some time, and on our own we have helped other nations travel to space as well. We would like it to stay this way. We will help nations independently of an alliance so that we are not bound to commit ourselves to actions we do not wish to do.
We support the creation of this alliance, however we shall not join. We will help nations in our own ways.

The Empire of Cotland does not have any wish to join an alliance that concern sharing classified information with other nations that we may have poor or no relations to. We will therefor not even consider membership, and will keep a close eye on this alliance and its movements.

Imperial Government of Cotland

Pantheaa likes the idea of an interstellar alliance

What we need in space is a star wars program capable of destroying nuclear missles from space. I believe this can be accomplish through the alliance

We here at the Elephanti Space Federation believe that this allaince is repetitive, as we are already in the International Space Program (currently a dead thread)

We may consider joining, however, but we need to know exactly what this guarantees members, and what it requires us to contribute. Our Space Station, Eros, orbiting Venus, is strictly off-limits to foreigners, as it has classified equipment. Launchpads in Sicily and India, however, we will share.

Nations that join the alliance may close off their millitary stations in space. However, if the members of the alliace unanamously decide that you are trying to bring down the alliance or are taking information mor than you are giving it, the alliance members will be allowed to ask you to open the staion for inspectors.
You will be notified if your nation comes close to hitting that point, its extreemly unlikely that it will hapen,.

To The Interstellar Alliance-

We at Gadget Corporation are...interested by this supposed "Alliance." The majority of our company is located in space. We are not interested in joining however, as we are not fond of disclosing classified information to those we have little or no relations with. We have our ways of..."monitering" your progress.

The Teutonic Order has already established a significant space station, as well as numerous, but an undisclosed number, of weapons platforms.

We therefore do not wish to join the proposed alliance, but rather respect its goals and integrity.

If the nation of Duke Barol is in need of any technological assistance, engineers and scientists from our own Space Development Department may offer their aid in the future. Of course, they will wish to be paid for their efforts.

If you indeed require assistance in the forms of design and technological help, the scientists and engineers await your request.

ic: Any acts of "monitoring" will be dealt with rapidly, we will not have outsiders who have no interest in the alliance, monitoring the alliance. Furthermore, any act of sabatoge will be responded by a full retaliation upon the country in question.

NG: I thank you for your generouse offer. Currently, however, we are still gathering nations into the alliance. By the end of next week(rl), we will be launching our first satilite/living station. At that time i will contact you for assistance, in return, i will pay.

You misunderstand our intentions. By "monitering," we mean that we will be watching the development of the alliance, in the chance we might eventually choose to join. And we have no plans for sabotage.

Liebermonk

Liebermonk, since our beginnings in Earth II has been one of the few space nations. As we stated before, we do not wish to have an obligation to help other nations reach space, especially if it would be detrimental to our nation. However, with the recent changes in plans, and the possibility of greater freedom for the member nations in this organization, the Liebermonkian government has reconsidered the situation. The interim government has agreed to fully support our joining this organization if we shall be guaranteed the ability to chose not to help a nation join us in space. The times have been turbulent in the world, and the threat of international conflict is feared by many in Liebermonk. The last thing Liebermonk needs is an enemy nation with huge armaments floating above our lands. Despite this fear, space can still be a peaceful place for research and telecommunications. And for this reason, Liebermonk would like to withdraw our previous statement and would like it now be known that Liebermonk supports the Interstellar Alliance.
