President Holtz called up Generalissimo J.L. on the phone.

J.L. answered the phone. "This is the Generalissimo. To whom do I have the pleasure of speaking?"

"It's me, President Holtz." John replied.

"Ahhh, John, old friend," J.L. said. "How goes it?"

"Well, yes, I am old, but I'm not sure about the friend part anymore. You see, I not long ago received a report saying that you have disbanded your country's Congress. Congress had an emergency vote and we decided to have our citizens over there called back and have cancelled our alliance. However, I am willing to hold talks with you. You may choose the place." President Holtz responded.

President Holtz closed his suitcase, and finally was ready to go. He began walking down the Hall of History towards the front door. 10 bodyguards and Vice President Crook followed him. As he stepped outside, several cameras flashed and TV cameras turned right towards him. He waited for the Presidental Guard to check the car for bombs. As this normally took about 5 minutes, he allowed HPBC's reporter Sean Handdity to ask him some questions. "Good afternoon, Mr. President." Sean said after being quickly searched and moving closer to the President. "Good afternoon, Sean." John responded.

"So tell me, Mr. President, who will you be meeting with on this sudden change in plans?" Sean inquired.

"I am planning to meet with Generalissimo J.L., leader of Roach-Busters, to try to reason with him." John answered.

"Where are you planning to meet?" Sean asked.

"I'm sorry, Sean, that's classified for security reasons." John explained.

"Will Holy Paradise and Roach-Busters be able to repair their alliance?"Sean questioned.

"Well, that will have to be determined by this meeting, Sean." John told him. Suddenly, a Presidental Guard yelled out, "Mr. President! Mr. Vice President! We're ready!"

"Well, I have to go." John said. As John walked away, Sean yelled out, "Good luck!" Then President Holtz and Vice President S. Crook got in the car. A Presidental Guard said into a mouth piece, "The President's car is now the Presidental Motorcade, I repeat, the President has entered the vehicle." The car, guarded by Army National Guard Jeeps and Helicopters, started driving towards the Holy Paradise Central Command military base. About 2 hours later, the motorcade reached the base. The car slowed to a stop and President Holtz and Vice President Crook got out. Soldiers saluted the two men as they entered the plane, followed by 25 Presidental Guards. The plane slowly drove out onto the runway and then took off, guarded by 4 fighter jets.
