OOC: My old nation Bleland seems to have been deleted, oh well.

Securia has undergone research for satellite systems(1 billion/yr for 5 years), the railgun Bleland once had (Halberdangler design)(2 billion), conventional arms(3 billion), and the new type of armor taken from tank design and implemented with the exoskeleton for infantry use(2 billion). production to follow after research is complete.

Japanese Antarctica is supplying us with the technology and funding we need to get back to the former military level Bleland once was. In exchange we are allowing them to build naval bases on our coast. Securia is located in the Doodla Region which is near the Mediterranean sea.

Thank you for allowing us to lease land on your continent, the JMSDF will place one carrier and one strike group at the bases. In exchange, we will be paying $8 Million USD per year and allowing Securian soldiers access to JA naval schools
