A top-secret project that almost no one knew. Sel Appa bought a Saturn V rocket and prepared to launch into space. It was planned even when Grand Archduke Kirby was still in power. But yesterday in the Annex province, residents heard a loud noise and saw something shooting into space. they phoned the police, who were puzzled. After several hours, the location was pinpointed and police surrounded the area. The Colonel was notified and he ordered 1000 troops to surround the area as well.
It was at this point when a broadcast hacked into every channel on TV and said that Sel Appa had successfully launched its first satellite into space. The director then appeared and explained everything. The satellite will be used for surveillance, however, the location of surveillance was not stated. Citizens are a little fearful that the government will spy on them.
Colonel Jeff Franklin has publicly demanded that the group responsible for this surrender everything to Sel Appa as soon as troops arrive. It is unkown if they will comply.
