The black, sleek, scrupulously polished helicopters, with soundproof, tinted, bulletproof windows landed in the courtyard of the prison, which was surrounded by concrete walls over forty feet tall and over five inches thick; the walls were perfectly smooth and doused in a very slippery liquid which made climbing them virtually impossible. Atop the walls were ten feet tall electric fences with two-inch-thick steel bars, 10,000 volts of electricity, and razor-sharp barbed wire at the top. Surrounding the walls were magma-filled moats ten yards wide and over a hundred feet deep. In the desert surrounding the prison were literally millions of landmines. In other words, escape was virtually impossible.

The terrified Sanctaphrax citizens, numbering between 500-1,200, looked utterly frightened, and rightly so.

"Little bastards," the warden muttered. "Stupid, stupid little bastards. Your tin-pot dictator insulted the Generalissimo. You shall atone for his unforgivable sin."

"No, please," begged a mother with two small children. "Why punish us for something our leader said?"

"Shaddup, dipshit," the warden muttered, and signalled for the firing squad to begin shooting.

Minutes later, the Sanctaphrax citizens were all bloody, bullet-ridden corpses covered in gore, reeking of gunpowder, with their faces locked in expressions of sheer terror.

We are utterly speechless at the sheer audacity of the increasingly tyrranical regime of Roach-Busters. This sudden execution is utter madness, and is the pretext to war. This has been the complete idiocy of statesmanship in this nation that is now coming into the domain of those who have disgraced our history. The hours of terror and tyranny in the nation of Roach-Busters may be slipping through this glass, because this sudden act of the recent Busterian insanity will only escalate international backlash.

The lives of these Santaphraxians cannot be taken back. The pain cannot be repaid. No amount of forgivance, of regret, of conscience, of remorse, can take back the lives of these innocent men, women, and children. They are simply dead, and all we have for evidence is the bodies of the great wrong that has been commited. Victims that cannot be healed.

We ask the Generalissimo, do you understand, what it means to die? You surround yourself with these actions of tyranny and of utter lack of discretion for the sacrament of life. Your actions are a deep stain on you, and we will not be hesistant to take action to finally rid the world, and Roach-Busters, of your madness.

The recent actions of the Roach-Busterian government against citizens of the sovereign nation of Sanctaphrax is absolutely intolerable. Is it not enough that you murder your own citizens on a regular basis? "His Majesty's Imperial Government of Praetonia expresses its most sincere and absolute disgust at the recent actions of Roach-Busters. As you have seen fit to murder innocent civilians hailing from a nation to which we are allied, all diplomatic relations [OOC: And as the war never happened, they are quite close.] are hearby cut with the Pest Control Corporation of Roach-Busters. His Imperial Majesty's Parliament is currently sitting a 48 hour session to discuss a Declaration of War bill proposed by the Praetonian Imperial Monarchist Party earlier today.

In the meantime, all Roach-Buster citizens inside Praetonia are declared persona non grata and will be arrested and detained pending possible deportion to a location to be decided at a later date. The Roach-Busterian embassy in Praetonia has 2 hours to remove all of its staff. After this time, the embassy will be stormed by the Imperial Guard, and any staff remaining therein will be arrested as spies. All Roach-Busterian vessels in Praetonian ports have 2 hours to leave. Generalissimo J.L. grimaced, visibly perturbed by the ominous report. Sanctaphraxian citizens killed, he thought, as his brow glittered with tension-induced perspiration. Killed by my men? His eyes glowered with a venomous, livid anger capable of striking fear in even the most steel-spined souls. Struggling to repress his temper, trying to remain calm, he picked up the phone and dialed.

"This is Ned Raw, the warden, speaking."

"Mr. Raw, your actions were utterly outrageous!" J.L. thundered, bellowing so loudly that he nearly stressed the windows. "How dare you so callously execute foreign citizens, without my approval!? You insolent, obtuse son of a bitch!" J.L.'s stress was so extreme it was a miracle he didn't suffer a stroke.

"Generalissimo-"

"No, don't 'Generalissimo' me, shitheels!" J.L. bellowed, bunching his hand into a tightly clenched fist, his knuckles turning stark white. "You're lucky I don't have your sorry ass castrated with a plastic knife, without being given anesthesia, for your malodorous idiocy! Do you hear me!?"

His voice tinged with guilt- like a little boy who had lied to a teacher- the warden sighed and said morosely, "Yes, sir."

"Good. Now, call the Prime Minister of Sanctaphrax...uh...damn, I always forget his name...and apologize!"

"But sir, I'm-"

"APOLOGIZE, GODDAMNIT!!!!!!!!!" J.L. screeched, causing the windows to shatter like icicles.

"Y-Yes, sir!" The warden was so frightened he urinated and defecated in his pants.

J.L. hung up, his heart thudding heavily in his chest. Kicking back in his armchair, he lit a cigar and puffed away, hoping to ease his nerves.

"The ongoing situation in Roach-Busters is on all the front pages today, whilst recent revelations that Generalissimo JL has apparently not been involved in the genocidal actions at the now infamous FP-245 have been brushed aside by Government Officials. Foreign Secretary Tiberius Polax has denied allegations that the Liberal-Imperialist Party plans to use this as an excuse to "go soft" on the ever-unpopular Roach-Busters."

The picture changes to that of the Foreign Secretary walking down a Praeton street to the Houses of Parliament, briefcase in hand.

"Foreign Secretary, can you confirm or deny reports that the Government plans to re-instate our alliance with Roach-Busters?"

"This changes nothing. None of our restrictions will be relaxed. This Government intends to make Roach-Busters a clear example to the world that Praetonia will not tolerate autocracy, nor will she tolerate genocide."

The scene cuts back to the IPBC studio.

"The Government is still firmly against the bill recent proposed by the ever-growing Imperial Monarchist Party to declare war against the Pest Control Company of Roach-Busters."

The scene cuts to a picture of Julius Quilius, leader of the Imperial Monarchist Party, sitting in a comfortable armchair elsewhere in the studio.

"I reiterate my claims that the current Liberal-Imperialist Party is incapable of making any strong decision, and that is the reason for their refusal to support our perfectly justified Bill. This country needs strong leadership, and we are of the opinion that only a Monarchy under His Majesty Sarius Publius I is capable of providing that."

We would love to accept the apology, and the thought that J.L. is innocent. But we have incriminating proof that the Generalissimo was in fact aware of the eventual killing of the Sanctaphraxians. We use this transcript of a public transmission between Roach-Busters and Sanctaphrax:

OOC: I know he said he'd agreed to it beforehand, but for future reference I'm fairly sure that the only thing you need to know is that there are Sanctaphrax citizens in Roach-Busters, if yes then quite frankly it's RB's nation and unless there is a good reason they can't be caught (like they are spies RB doesn't IC know about who aren't listed as Sanctaphrax citizens) then he can easily claim it and it would be very hard to ignore...

Of course, a guy could always say there aren't people in the nation in the first place. I'll state now for future perposes that if there are any Iuthian's in Roach-Busters they aren't there as Iuthians so for all intents and perposes there aren't any Iuthians in Roach-Busters as we have the nation blacklisted, its almost impossible to travel directly from Iuthia to RB and we advise citizens against visiting.

It was several days after the wedding in Iuthia Prima and many of the citizens were now getting back into their normal work schedules, the national holiday now over and the Lord General was on his honeymoon with the lovely Liessa. Taking the Lord General’s place for the time being, Foreign Minister Mick Lakely was already feeling the stress as he caught up with the latest events… things in Haven were looking a little grim, though it seemed that their friends in Edolia were holding out rather nicely and things would, with any luck, settle down.

Now before him he was looking over a transcript of minutes from a medium-level IDC meeting regarding events surrounding the Roach-Busters. Official response from the Foreign Office of the Armed Republic

Aside from our obvious disapproval of this individual's foolhardy, ill-advised and singularly brutal actions against the citizenry (innocent of any crime) or a foreign power, the Republic must express its most profound disgust with the evident lack of control that the "Generalissimo" of Roach-Busters has over his bureaucracy. Furthermore, we question whether this lack of control in J.L.'s pseudo-dictatorship extends to his own population at large.

With regard to our stance towards the nation of Roach-Busters, we have enacted a fourteen-day trade embargo on all Roach-Busters products and organisations, and a twenty-eight day ban on any citizen of that nation entering the Republic, with the exception of diplomats and those authorised by the Home Office. While the Republic acknowledges that the Generalissimo has apologised for his minion's poorly-conceived actions, we still feel that is must be made clear that the Republic can neither condone this crime, nor the evidently slack control which the Generalissimo has over his officials and personnel.

As a gesture of our good-will towards the government of Roach-Busters, and to show that we bear Roach-Busters no ill will for this reprehensible, but also tragic, incident, we should like to arrange for an exchange of aircraft on goodwill tours.

OOC: I'm assuming you're not going to pull any of that "we have no trade with you anyway" rubbish, since we're all well familiar with the fact that pretty much everyone has some kind of trade with pretty much everyone else. Also, for the goodwill tour thing, it's just a suggestion, but it'd be kind of like what the Russians did with a squadron of MiG-23s in the mid '70s, sending them to France (suitably stripped of secret stuff, of course).

Secret IC:Gyrobot soon caught wind of the execution and said to himself: "We have watched roach busters and its fellow facist allies kill innocent civilians. We have waited for the moment to act and now it is time to take action against RB." He then called 2 allies, one is a prosperous nation and the other is his secret force the white robes. He also took his bags and headed on a plane to Praetonia to help provide support for the bill.

I don't know where yet, probably either RB or Sanctaphrax. The nation of RB is made up of the Azores, Botswana, Chad, Cote d'Ivoire, East Timor, Ghana, Liberia, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Philippines, Sierra Leone, Thailand, and Zimbabwe.

You're nation is probably a fair distance away from his, probably about a couple weeks travel for your naval fleets, though you two could work this out as further or closer depending on perfence... basically just treat his land as being on a different continent and continue like he's not using real life countries... remember, it would be godmoding for him to get more population then his nationstates stats give him using these nation claims, so his stats are spread over these nations. So it's still just a fight between you and RB, he's just using RL nations as his map.

Hundreds of ships waited outside the port of RB city, brimming with men and cargo. Covered in black cloths, were tanklike figures of new secret Parthian MBTs. Ramps for ships in berth would be deployed and then the tanks would be rolled off with supplies and men.

Thousands of merchants that normally trade with Roach-Busters have gone to other nations to trade shortly after this was all revealed. Imports from Roach-Busters and exports to them have dropped to almost 65% of what it was. Princess Heidi Equanant-Kort, the runner-up to the heir of the Green Sun throne, is saddened and asks JL if they can meet to discuss a possibility on how to boost RB's appearance after this dreadful accident. Green Sun donates $10,000 to the families for each member that they lost.

Although i consider you an ally, killing of innocent people are wrong doing and must insist that you give up these mass murdering. if you don't want them, deport them to my nation. i will willingly take these Shoobans and other inferior races to my nation if it must go to that degree.
