The Grand Duchy of Van Luxemburg
Van Luxemburg is ruled by a Grand Duke, Grand Duke Koen van Luxemburg.
if he wants to pass a law, he will make the law, it will be checked by his advisors and then the citizens may vote if the want that law or not.
Van luxemburg tries to bring freedom, democracy and technology in the peoples lives, this is at a price, the tax is set at 94% at the moment.
Van Luxemburg is preparing to adopt the French Army, which should mean that all specs of the van Luxemburg Army, Airforce and Navy, can be found on this website: here but only the ones under "French Armed Forces" (http://homepage.eircom.net/~steven/europe.htm) .
the Van Luxemburg Army has six main weapons:
The Famas Felil weapons system
the FN F2000, which is being tested.
the FN Five Seven pistol which is also in service by airforce and navy
the HK PSG 1 Sniper Rifle
the Eryx Anti Tank weapon (French)
the HK MP7, standard sidearm of the Navy and Airforce.
as you can read, the forces count 138.000.
also the van Luxemburgian government puts:
5 SR-71 BlackBird
10 B-2 Stealth bombers
into action. there are plans to expand the whole army, by putting a zero on the end:
138.000 becomes 1.380.000
this also for all vehicles.

as already mentioned, the Grand Duke likes technical toys, that's why the national space program, the VLASA or Van Luxemburg's Aeronautics and Space Agency, gets so much funding. the VLASA is currently researching other planets, to see if they are habitable, and they are preparing space vessels for future colonization of those planets.

200 B.C. is the first time people heard of the name Van Luxemburg, it was the name of a great Gallic chieftain after the Romans captured the Tribe of van Luxemburg 400 years of oppression began. after van Luxemburg Tribe had regained it's independency, it joined the French kings and the chieftain of the tribe became one of Karel the Great's landlords, altough this was never recognised by archeologists outside van Luxemburg. when the Tribe growed out to a small nation, the contact with history was lost, but we got some clues what happened next: in one of the Crusaders van Luxemburg Participated, the Duke was killed, taking his son to power, this son, incapable of ruling, has ruined van Luxemburg, a blow which the van Luxemburgers couldn't have, they recovered from it in the 18th century, when Napoleon invaded their country, ruining everything again, this was the time the Foreverlasting Neutrality was accepted. after that Van Luxemburg has known a time of great grow, during to present times.
THE NATIONAL GENDARMERIE
the Gendarmerie (or Police Municipal) is the main police force of Van Luxemburg. they are about 100.000 men strong, and are commonly armed with an FN Five Seven, a stick and handcuffs, and for the ME (the uproar/uprising control police) a Kevlar shield and Suit and an MP-7 are standard too.

THE TANGO CONTROL TEAM (TCT)
this is van Luxemburgs main Terrorist control unit, which consists of the Best ME-ers of van Luxemburg. they are specialized in Hostage rescue operations.
they may only operate in van Luxemburg itself. outside of van Luxemburg units of the Army will be used.
