OOC: I gave him a five. Certainly, he's a well-developed character and adds to RPs, but in some thread he just comes across as silly.

OOC: I don't like many of his views on Human rights, but overall GS gets along with him IC.

IC:

Generalissimo J.L. of Roach-Busters is a strange character on the world stage. One the one hand, he is a great warrior and leader in the fight against the cancer that is communism. However, the Kingdom has long disapproved of his anti-democratic policies and absolute disdain for human rights. We are, as a whole, ambivalent towards him.

JL is a hero amongst many of the supporters of the Vice President for some reason. But the majority of Green Sun does not agree with his treatment of Shoobans and his view of human rights, but overall he's put in their list of good leaders.

For almost twenty years, J.L. and I have been the best of friends. This unbreakable friendship has carried on into a remarkable point where both he and I ended up as the heads of our respective countries, thus carrying the bond into our political lives and creating an unrivalled bond between Pacitalians and Roach-Busterians that I hope will last for centuries to come. Every time I talk positively of this man, I seem to be filled with an emotion that is undescribable in that it is wonderful but it brings me nearly to tears every time because I am so thankful to have such a friendship with this man. His treatment of Shoobans is a little distasteful, but he more than makes up for it when he brings his benevolence to the table both in government and out. A plot by that unfortunate scourge of a human being known as Nikos Karagounis. I feel foolish for trusting the man, though I had no idea of his connections to the Cheda mob family. I had to lay low for a while, but we're watching him now, and the Canadian government hopes to nab him for the assassination of President Anthony Wittrock and State Secretary Darren Temple, with our full support and assistance. He'll be in a Canadian gulag for a long time.

Above all, it's good to be back, and I hope I didn't scare you too much, J.L.
