Denmark has always been a strong power in Europe, mostly becouse it was, with Norway and Sweden, a controlling nation of the Baltics. The Osean Rule, currently in Spain, Portugal, and France, was looking at Denmark as a possible front for both strategic and economic reasons.
With that, two naval divisions and an amphibious division took to sail torwards Denmark. With it, came a note.
"The Osean Rule wishes for a peaceful annexation, as this is so the European States can be more economically stable and protected. Jewittist ideals would allow for near-nation control over your state, and we assure any oppression will be hit hard within out many branches in our government. This, like always, expected to be returnned with a 'No Thanks.' If this be true, bloodshed will accure, and the Osean Rule would win, hands down, not even your sovergeinty could deny that."
