~General Information~
National Name: Constutional Monarchy of Turkimen
Short Name: Turkimen
State Religon: Protestant (67%) Catholic (12%) Other, Islam, Judaism, Pagan, etc. (15%) Atheist (19%)
Goverment Type: Constitutional Monarchy, A parliament formed from representatives across Turkimen is united in its capitol Fredonan.
Govermental Divisions:
Parliament (much like the United States Congress except it has only one house that helps in ratifying and debating topics.)
The King (While not fully a figurehead, he is close to it, in that all that he does can be debated and vetoed by the parliament if they get together a majority neccesary to veto, sometimes a simple majority, sometimes a 2/3rds or even 3/4ths majority is needed.)

Department of Finance
Department of Internal Affairs (recently given over and headed by the King)
Department of Foreign Affairs (also recently given over and headed by the King)
Department of Education (monitors the Education system, which has been made totally public and Government funded, Colleges too.)
Department of Social Welfare (Looks over and monitors the well-being of the people, and has the right to put forth bills in Parliament to enact laws based solely on how it interprets the peoples needs)
The Enviroment: Desert, pure and simple. Water holes and aqueducts are the only thing that can make such a large nation survive in such climes. Not exactly pleasant working conditions simply based on the environment, but A.C and sprinklers work wonders, and grass and irrigation also have been introduced to make it more... "temperate feeling."
Hazards: Droughts, extreme heat in the morning, extreme cold at night (during the summer months) Rainy season ironically can wreck havoc at times with landslides and floods coming on an unsuspecting populace. They too, however, have been recently conteracted by building dams and planting ground vegetation on trouble spots.

So far, Christian holidays, as well as Islamic and Jewish holidays are celebrated nationally, but a few local holidays are celebrated... but most of the time their just times to buy half priced pies and drink a lot of beer, and not much in the way of special things are done... unless you consider hangovers special.

Bill for Furthering of Education: Set forth multiple times to insure high standards of learning to all Turkimen People. Free College, Free everything.
Bill for Furthering of Economic Equality: a bill pushed by Socialist representives in parliament, this will breach the gap between the wealthy and the poor a bit, but it isn't the most enforced bill.
Bill for Further Trade: Self explanatory, but its a bill pushing for further outsourcing and foreign trade to make businesses more productive and Turkimen more known in the world.
Bill for furthering of Home Rule: A recently appointed controversional bill that makes the Kings power wain a bit, in favor of more Parliamentary delegates. Only problem was it wasn't signed by the King, but through a loophole it was signed by the kings uncle, recently appointed temporary executive as the king is busy courting a wife.
