The Holy Empire of Streleheim would be much honored to exchange embassies with the Free Land of Nedalia. As ambassador we would send Constantine Theophilus, a former naval aviator and military academy professor, now in employ of the Imperial Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Emperor does request a helipad for the embassy compound, the permittance 20 armed guards, and diplomatic immunity for all employees of the embassy.
