He had not had a good sleep, but slow rose and stood, walking into the bathroom to freshen up for the day. He splashed the cool water on his face and stared in the mirror. He looked to the phone he had placed in here, and picked it up. He dialed a three digit number.

He waited, until he heard the click. He spoke in Latin, but it was quiet so Andrea would not hear.

The plane had landed in the airport rather lately, but soon, he saw a tall man in a black suit that was accompannyed by two guards in grey uniforms, wearing tricorner hats. The man smiled as the press, blocked off by the police, tried to get a glimpse at the King and Emperor. Next to the Emperor, was Andrea. The Emperor waved to the king, and waited for him to come down the designated path to come to the car motorcade ready for the departure to the embassy.
