The entire civilian population of the Holy See has been removed from the city, and moved through the borders of the Dracun Imperium, to Ankhmeti overseas colonies. To make up for the loss, two Divisions have been moved to reinforce the city, and an added nucler weapon has been moved to the centre of the city, as a failsafe against Ankhmeti failure to keep the city. Any invading army would find itself vapourised if it came within 100 metres of the facility.
The first division is an artillery division, made up of many different guns, and notably the world's smallest nuclear launch system (look it up in the guiness book of records :)). The second is a mix of tanks and elite infantry.
