Prime Minister Timothy Ell has named his new cabinet. There is one departure and some positions have been shuffled. Adrian Copilul-Minune, aged 55, an accomplished psychiatrist and social worker, and another "true capitalist", who is an émigre from Romania (he left his homeland in 1972 after dictator Ceausescu arrested his parents and had them killed) has become the next Senior Deputy Prime Minister. He is fluent in English, Romanian and Pacitalian.

I thank my friends in Moepoeia for their kindness and generosity towards me. It is my pleasure to help my global neighbour out, just as I would if we were neighbours on a street. Cup of sugar, education for a million - it all works out in the end. Also, thank you for blessing our new cabinet. I hope we can work together to create an even better and stronger Central American subcontinent.
