On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being the most democratic and 10 being the least democratic, rate your country).
There will be a poll.
Total Control=Power. I know I have some civil rights on my country, but that's just to wait until I finally reach 1 bil, then it's major hardcore oppression!

Well, Our Queen DOES weild ultimate power, so, Dictatorship.
Imperator has complete control over everything including the military except for establishing new laws. That is the Imperial Senate's job. The Imperator can propose new laws though. I picked 6, but who knows.
I used to be 9/10 but now I plan to move down to about 6 or 7. Libertarian police state.
I'm a four. I like a nice balance between monarchy and democracy.
