Today, at the Grand Palace, the Emperor, and dignitaries discussed immigration on the rise. People from our bordering nations are coming in in search for a good education, jobs and life, while they bring poverty. The Genius police so far has stopped nearly all immigration, but people still dodge cops. The Emperor requested outside nations, especially bordering ones to help stop immigration come in by sending over troops until we get tight security. Illegal immigration rose from 0.4% to a record of 2.3% in just one year, and we see "homeless people on the streets now, while that kind of poverty is not acceptable", says dignitary Yokosuka Kami.
With that on our issue list, Emperor Musaub Ijaz Khan states, "Immigration jumped from slow to rushing in one year, as our people and I see aliens in our pure society, it is unusual. We see homless people, people that look poor, and people that drag poverty in. We, the Geniuses, ask outside nations to help tighten security at our borders until we can handle it ourselves."

Just do what we do. Erect 20-feet-tall fences made of inch-thick steel bars with 10,000 volts of electricity running through them around your country, and litter your border with millions of landmines, in the least expected places. That way, no one can enter unless you bring them in yourself.
