The Caeltan "Republic" is a Fascist Police State that wishes for countries to help it destroy its minorities that have been placed in ghettos. The Holy Communist Empire of Le Goat is creating an alliance of all types of communist and socialist societies to fight these fascist scum, and all fascist societies. It is the Anti-Fascist Alliance: AFA. Our first target is to send troops to Caelta, and give equipment to the refugees in the ghettos of Caelta. Long live Equality! Long Live AFA!
