Communist brothers and sisters, at this time, Caelta is in a dire need of hard currency to improve our economy, build up our weapons, improve our education, and make our infastructure better. We ask that if you are fortunate, that you help us, for we need money, equipment, or men, anything that you want to donate would be greatly appreciated. Our economy is near collapse because of capitalists within our country, that siphon the resources and funds for themselves.

At one time, I was like you, my communist ideals, sought to bring together the brothers and sisters of all races, to merge them into one race, unrecognizable from eachother. The problems started when the whites started comparing me to a gorilla, and the problems continued, in the first 7 rebellions, after the 7th one, my generals decided to stop letting whites own guns, and we herded them into ghettos, and took their productive land for ourselves, the problem is, they were the blood of our economy, and since then, it has had major problems.

At this time, we need about 25 million guns, with 500 rounds of ammo each, any cars, and refinery equipment, we have massive oil and natural gas reserves, as well as Iron, Coal, timber, precious metals, and other valuable commodities, however, the blacks we employ are corrupt and lazy. What should you have done? The answers are easily found by those who are willing to look for them. Those you have oppressed have compared you to a gorilla - in my opinion, this not far from the truth. You and your regime operate on the principles of violence, fear and intimidation. You strike those that speak against you, kill those who oppose you, and seemingly never take the chance to reach for peace or understanding. You shy away from concepts like liberty, democracy and justice because like the animals that those under your yoke have compared you to, you have no understanding of these concepts. You do not know what it means to be free - but it is not too late for you to learn.

You want the people to stop revolting from under the heel of your oppression? Then stop oppressing them in the first place, and they have no reason to revolt. Stop the oppression, and everyone will be free, whites, blacks, all of you. The Colonial Government would be willing to assist you in a transformation into a civilized, free society if you want to make that step. All you need to do is make that choice, and the prospect of citizens rising up in armed revolt will become something of the past.
