In Moscow, USSR

The Soviet Government saw the NE nation as a threat to all Communist states in the world. To the Soviets they felt that they should began banding all the Communist States together in the hopes of prevents NE from becoming too powerful and attacking the Communist state of the world. The Soviets have send word to Communist Brazil to send their man in the USSR, to a secret area where they could talk about the matter.

In the secret meeting area

Premier Alexander Stukov himself was there, he waiting for Brazilian Envoy to come…

The door opened and the figure that came in nodded to Stukov as he slowly came through the cloud of cigar smoke, his glasses reflecting the cinders and light of the cigar. It was Viktor Teofilovich, a Serbian immigrant to the FPCB. And also the ambassador to the USSR.

He came to the seat designated for him, and faced Stukov, shrouded in the dark. He spoke in Serbian influenced Russian, his accent sometimes showing.

"It is a pleasure, Premier. Do you wish to begin the negotiations immediately."

The KGB knows about how they are turning ever so slowly to a Nazi state. Then they began their conquest of the world. Never again will 50 million Soviets will die from madness of the Nazis. I will personal led the red army on its march to France and burn everything in our path that supports Nazism. Viktor slowly took in the passion of the man.

"Our intelligence denotes a strong nationalist movement and fascist government. But, we are not sure if we can.... Label it as a throwback to the regime of Adolf Hitler, it bears more resemblence to the Weihmar Republic and the regime of Kaiser Wilhem. There are many issues surronding the rise of a fascist state in Napoleonic Empire, it is fueld by tensions with the Ottoman Khaif, but apparently they are going to expand further into America, North and South, and possibly into South Africa and Indo-China.

Brazilian interests in Argentina, the Carribean, Mocambique, and Koreastan are being threatened by the imperialists' plans of expansion. We are very alarmed by this, and could escalate into full war with Napoleonic Empire, which seems to have few allies in this world. But even when the Axis was outnumbered, the German war machine blazed across Europe.

We are strengthening relations with the PRC, as you may know. An axis of nations standing against fascism and imperialism where it stands in this brewing World War IV, we may find it necessary to mobilize.

The Free People of Brazil pledge their service to this gain. What would be the specifics of such an alliance?"
