Shooban Steaks: Can be eaten rare, or even raw if you prefer.

Back Fillets- These deliciously tender Shooban back fillets are better than even the tenderloin of the Wagyu Beef.
Cost: $20 a pound

Rib steaks: Nice and Juicy.
Cost: $10 a pound

Hanger Steak: Chewy, with a very full, intense flavor.
Cost: $10 a pound.

Skirt Steak: Decent Meat.
Cost: $8 a pound

Flank Steak: Shooban Flank Steak
Cost: $5 a pound

Round Steak: Shooban round
Cost: $2 a pound

Chuck Steak: Shooban chuck steak.
Cost: $1 a pound.

Shooban Roasts:

Rib Roast: Nice little rib roast.
Cost: $8 a pound

Tenderloin Roast: Great for parties.
Cost: $20 a pound

Rump Roast: Some good meat here.
Cost: $5 a pound

Rib Crown Roast: A rack of ribs twisted into a crown shaped thing.
Cost: $10 a pound.


Other Shooban Parts

Ground Shooban: Ground from steak trimmings, bad pieces of meat etc.
Cost: $2 a pound.

Shooban Short Ribs: Excellent short ribs, good for a superbowl party.
Cost: $3 per pound.

Shooban Sparerib Rack: Finger lickin' good!
Cost: $3 per pound.

Shooban Soylent: Mashed up pieces of leftovers from shoobans.
Cost: 20 cents per pound.

Da boyz be wantin' some of dem lovely shooban back steaks, 100 pounds of them. We fink dat's about $2000.
