Im afraid only thing i can offer is elements of our famed Corvadae Divison and some of our Corax regulars. The Corvadae Divison consisits of usually 8500 troops, trained since toddlers to fight and die for our Kings, they have been trained like Spartans, experts in going in trouble spots around the globe. They are moved around much so they will never be homesick, because frankly, they don't have a home. They are equiped with the latest Israeli Rifle, the IMI Trevr, made of plastic and bullpup design. They also have Stinger and Matador Rockets as well as A-10's providing support.
Our Corax Regulars are ordinary soldiers, skilled as any normal warrior. They are equiped with M16's as well as some IMI Trevr's.
So, I believe we need to start a thread about this possible threat to our alliance.

The Dominion of Socialist Prussians will send 20 C-5A/B Galaxy transports full of food as well as ten C-130 Hercules and C-140 Starlifters full of medical supplies to the Deltan Empire. That is 5,200,000 pounds of food, and 1,120,000 pounds of medical supplies. Also, we would like to donate $500 million dollars to the government as aid.

i dont meen to sound like i need this bad but my millitary is runing thin im helping fight 2 wars and fighting terrorists in Neo Earth/The Deltan Empire though i expect one war will be over soon we need some more ships or something

As of yet, The Holy Empire of Streleheim has only a very small military force, barely enough to protect our borders. We regret that we have no military assistance to spare, though we could send aid through our healthcare budget.

as of now i would like to have two things made

first is a record to keep track of millitary power/population

second is a list of nations we consider enamys and the reasons why

As basque Spain is currently is being invaded by Coreys Land. nCoreys land is a nation that is similar to the RL nazi germany. To presrve the survival of the Basques we ask that the DA willhelp to deport as many basque refugees out of the capital: Bilboa (we have already moved the government to the former capital Vitoria (this was the capital when we were a spainish province) but DE you don't need to change the capital information) if it falls to the CL forces. We don't nesisarily need troops but we do need a place to put these displaced people. (The Pop. of Bilboa is about 10 million so be prepared.

you guys can send those now and they can hang out in the Bay of Biscay They can wait out there and maybe skirmish with the CL navy but nothing more on because I will need them to have alot of ammo to burn if they do in fact need to go to Bilboa.

Also I was wondering if any of you guys have some terrorists/snipers that you could send to Coreys land to make fear in CL (I'm having enough tim defending Basque Spain) also if there is a way that a Delta Alliance coalition could come witht the Basque Freedom Brigade we are planning a breakout of concentraion camp in CL (The BFB is the top notch Basque geurrilla unit) In the concentration camp there is 60 Basque civis and 20 Basque soldiers as well as numerous CL citizens. OOC: i don't have a storefront yet, but I don't see a reason why people still use Iowa-Class battleships, I my self use Montana class battleships, the original was designed by the US just months before WW2 but was never built, it uses 4 turrets of 3 16inch guns each. It is superior to the Yamato(sp?) class in armor (all aspects), broad side weight, range, and range finding capabilities.

When Socialist Prussians joined the Alliance, they donated a Nimitz-class CVN, equiped with 85 F-35 JSF fighters, and two refitted Iowa-class BBGs, plus $500 million. The Emperor proposes that the carrier be named the D.A.S. Alliance (Delta Alliance Ship) and that it and the BBGs become the first part of the JNF, with the $500 million used to support them. This fleet would then be under the day-to-day control of the nation who's capitol is the currently elected HQ of the Alliance, but the fleet would only be sent out if ALL members feel it is needed. The JNF would become the first Navy to be sent into action if the Alliance, as a whole, goes to war. The JNF would be equiped with ships, fighters, and supplies donated to it be members, and manned by volunters from all members navies. IC: Nebarri prime does not wish to place very many ships into a JNF but will place some into it and would like the right to pull some ships out and place new ships in as the need for changes in Nebarri primes fleet make diferent ships more important

on Navy related subject we are now going to send Socialist Prussians barowed Navil Force back to Socialist Prussians as most conflicts are dieing down and we have built up a stronger fleet (95 ships and subs as aposed to the fleet of 18 when we barowed them)

As much as I'd like to help the JNF, we have only recently finished rebuilding our Navy, which still rquires more. We are developing 2 Battleships, a carrier, and a missile cruiser. Should any of these designs be produced, we will be willing to send 1/3 of them to the JNF for a period of time.

As for the Farminia issue, I have already informed him of my decision: I will watch what he does. If he tries to fight a war on someone else's turf, I will come to the aid of Farminia's enemy. I suggest this be the stance everyone takes.

If no one really cares about Vote issue #1 [Should the Alliance declare war on, issue a trade embargo of, or do nothing against the Holy Nation of Farmina for inappropriate use of H-bombs in international water and genocide (murder of thousands of socialists)], I'll drop it from the list.

I vote to place a trade embargo, and should he go to war with anyone, we declare war on him.

He may be invading the RK but the RK declared war on him thus he opened himself up to invasion i hate Farmina as much as the next guy but the pen is more powerful than the sword this is why i am talking peace with a nazi. Perhaps a ceasefire could be drawn up with Farmina. After he withdraws his troops the Deltan Alliance could impose a trade embargo I would get the SNU to do it too as well as the IADF if you are in other alliances get them in on it as well. We must starve Farmina into submission.

I vote for a cease-fire between Farmina and the RK, followed by a trade embargo.
Also, the ten Virginia-class CGN's we're building for the JNF will be completed ahead of schedule, will be finished in 2 NS years.

In a move to appease the international community, Emperor Justinian’s constitutional amendments to prevent further massacres have passed referendum.

The amendments in summary are:

i) No two persons shall be executed at the same time and place
ii) No person shall be subject to cruel and unusual punishment, with the exception of long term detainment (OOC: Farminans consider long term imprisonment cruel. We tend to execute people, that way God decides)
iii) The government will only execute human beings by means of firing squad or hanging
iv) No judicial decision shall leave room for executive decision
v) No council shall be used for judicial rulings, with the exception of the Council of Law
vi) Capital punishment shall only be considered in cases of rape, murder and treason

I now have decided to vote for a limited trade embargo on Farmina. Also, I encourage RK to seek peace with Farmina, and to support this, I'm recalling the naval fleet sent to assist RK in a war with Farmina. I ask all members of the Alliance to support me in this.

I think we should maintain a watch on Farmina. I do not believe this is going to stop the Fascism. He's a dictator: he could amend the constitution, he could unamend it.

I say we all place a full embargo, and prepare to go to war should he try to invade and/or oppress anyone ever again.

The Emperor wishes to send his apologies to the members of the Deltan Alliance. Xeraph has been fighting terrorism in the homelend, fighting a war supporting Varyl against Jaghur, and dealing with the AWOL Battleship in the Mediterranean. All three of these situations are just about over, just some mopping up to do. Xeraph will be more able to respond to future Deltan Alliance situations in the near future.
