Emperor Roman, ruler of the Deltan Empire, has proposed the creation of an Alliance of nations, which he has dubbed, the Deltan Alliance. The terms of the proposed alliance are:

1. Members pledge to support each other in times of war, economic depression, or any other crises
2. No member can declare war on another member
3. Each member nation will appoint a representitive to the Alliance Headquarters in the Deltan capitol of Delta City
4. Member nations vote on a new capitol city for the Alliance HQ every RL month (1st vote would be at the end of april)
5. Member nations who own or control storefronts will (if they choose) offer a discount to other members

Anyone who wishes to join, feel free to post any changes you would like to make to the Terms of Alliance. And please list your capitol city.

In the Name of the Dragon God, we will join your allience. Our Emperor, Zakath, who sits on the Throne at Mal Zeth, will willingly uphold your nations traditions.

The United States of Shalrirorchia remains aloof, and will not join this alliance. But with your permission, we will send a permanent envoy to Alliance headquarters to observe. Will you provide seating arrangements in your council chamber for a Shalrirorchian delegation?

I might add that a typical Shalrirorchian delegation usually includes a primary rep, an alternate, a number of aides and staff workers, a communications team, and a small security detachment. The entire delegation for an observation team would probably not number more than 15 persons.

To Xeraph: what is your capitol city, and should i list all of those nations?

Call it what you will, but we believe this to be economically beneficial to all members of the Deltan Alliance. We agree to allowing a discount on all our exports to all member nations, once our proper international sales front has been established; as many of our goods are of equal or better quality than that of most other nations, and at more affordable prices, I'm sure you can see the benefit behind this.

We shall join your alliance. Our current capital is New Hope, in the state of Enigma, Central Random Kingdom. If there is to be a presence in RK at any time, we advise bringing an armed guard with you, as Random Kingdom is unfortunately not the safest of places.
