Nebarri prime has opend embassys for other countrys to use thay are all in the capitol city you can pick the area and can have any personel up to 4 vehicols includeing helicopters one may be armed and you may have up to 20 guards no weapons may be biger than an assalt rifle exsept the vehicol may have up to a 50 cal machin gun

I do believe we have established embassies. *looks at list* Yes we have, an dyou are constructing a military base here. Also, I was wondering what type of geography you had.

if you look at my regions description in NS its (mostly) an artifishole region made by R.N.C.L. so we have sevril islands with just about any form of geography depending on what you want
