OOC: Hmm, just a question, whats the pinyin of the Chinese phrase? To be frank I still can't pick out anything significant that says "life" and "end".

OOC: lol, why must nations be 6 months old to use them? That means they have to have a billion pop, which means that IRL only CHina is "allowed" to use nuclear weapons :S

Also what do you mean by a "15 pound Dong T'sh Shong"? Is this the mass of uranium you used, or what?

And why do they cost $900bn? That's 3 years of the US's total defence budget.

EDIT: And does "$899 billion English Pounds" mean $899bn or £899bn? And there is no such thing as an "English Pound". It always seems to be Americans who seem not to understand that Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales are all also part of the United Kingdom

OOC: One advice I can give you, a weapons manufaturer, as a Chinese myself is learn a language before trying to make something up in the language without knowing anything about it, and to take every advice into concern and consideration instead of outright rejecting them off in a rather tactless way. That'll make your presentation look much better to people who actually understands the language, though I do still have concerns about the actual techanical feastibility of this system.

ooc: how do you know it isn't the made-up language of his nation?

OOC: Hmm, probably some confusion perhaps, though the individual themselves does at least sound like Chinese... An easily avoidable mistake on my part then.

Why? To prevent godmoding, dumbass. If a country thats like 2 months old buys this missile, because he/she has a storefront that is a hit sale, that nation and use this nuclear missile and slap a country of this planet.

"15 Pound Dong T'sh Shong" is not the mass of Uranium. It is the mass of advanced technologial explosives, involving the techonologies of Nuclear Powered Fuel.

Any nation can make nuclear weapons themselves at any age. Even the generally accepted "limit" is 1 month or at most 2 months. 6 months is over the top. Oh, and calling me a "dumbass" doesn't exactly reflect well on your own maturity of lack thereof.
