The People's Republic of China had order Envoy Yang Shangkun to meet with the Brazilan Government on matters of state important. China needed badly ally in the Americas, and to speard her trade network to the Brazilian Markets. The People's Republic wanted to expand it allainces to the Amercias and gain a major navy base in the Atlantic Ocean...

Envoy Yang Shangkun waited for his Brazilan counterpart to come and start the meeting.

It was a very spartan entrance as Asian Departmental secretary Lee Hong-Koo, a Korean native, came in with a wide smile as he was lead in by the PRC security. He walked to the center of the room, in front of the envoy and extended his hand, speaking in Mandarin Chinese.

"Pleased to meet you, I am Mr. Lee Hong-Koo from the Brazilian Asian Department. It is a pleasure that the People's Republic would have me to represent China."

After shaking he took his seat and kept himself attentive to the Chinese envoy, setting apart a few reference materials for the meeting, as it would be crucial to Sino-Brazilian relations.

"We see the Napoleonic Empire more of a threat to our interest...as the Ottomans, we on good terms with them for now. The terms of the allaince will be of an mutual defenese pact between our nations. We veiw the new government of NE with interest and fear.

"Yes, the People's Republic fears that the French may want to retake Indo-China, after how the locals of those lands fought for their free from the French in the 1950s and the USA in the 1970s. We will not sit by and allow another imperialist power to move and rape the land.
