One of my long-since dead nations purchased the designs to an advanced infantry system that provided a soldier with a constant feed of data that included enemy positions, objectives, friendly positions, etc.
Unfortunately, I can't remember which nation I bought that system from, what the system was actually called, or all of its specs.
Since that nation may no longer exist, I wish to purchase a similar or superior system. I am not looking for armor, merely a program/system/computer/etc. that would act as a second set of very advanced eyes for my soldiers.
If any clarification is needed, ask.

The Empire of Nova Roma is attempting to increase the efficiency and the flexibility of its legions. We believe that the only course of action left is to upgrade our equipment and improve the coordination of military maneuvers.
This brings us back to our original statement that we are looking to purchase advanced infantry systems, systems that would provide our soldiers with the necessary information to insure their safety and success and could do it rapidly and accurately.
We are looking for a system that could download information from any forward command center and upload it to the front line troops. We are looking for top-of-the-line quality that will be easily integrated into our troops' helmets and our computer systems.
Any companies attempting to win our contract will be provided with the schematics needed to insure smooth integration.
